drain pipe
+ -1 moreHe did a thorough job, testing everything before he left. The bill was $325 with parts and labour. I thought that was reasonable for an emergency call out.
Description of Work: On a Saturday morning, part of my heating system failed (expansion chamber and safety relief valve) causing a minor basement flood. I called my usual plumber, but he was away. I then called seven more local plumber. No response from any of them. I called RotoRooter in Boston, and the earliest they would come out was Monday morning. Finally, I reach Tom Bannon. He gave me good advice on the phone (allowing me to put the water back on), and arrived three hours later and replace the expansion chamber and safety relief valve.
