All Phases Mechanical

Recieved three different estimates and chose All Phase Mechanical. They helped make the selection of the proper replacement size and make. All commitments were met in a timely and professional way.

We had a new furnace installed. These guys were great! Buddy negotiated a really fair deal on price and Steve and his guys did a great job on the installaation. The job was extra difficult because they were replacing a 40 year old boiler and the connections and fittings to the new, much smaller unit all had to be remade. They spent an extra day on the job as a result but didn't charge me anything extra (I voluntarily paid them a bonus when it was done). The system is working great a month later and our home is back to being warm and toasty! Jeff C

I would recommend this company to everyone. They are quick, effecient, and easy to work with. The minute "Buddy" walked into my home I was impressed with his explaination of what I needed, what brands he had in mind, and how long this process would take. It took three days for the AC unit to arrive at the warehouse. Buddy called me at 5:30 on a Wendsday evening saying he had the unit and was at my home by 7 AM the next morning to install. He took my old unit off the property (they don't all do that) and completely cleaned up all packaging, etc. When I came home from work my house was cool, and my yard was clean. All Phases "Rocks"

All Phases Mechanical saved the day! We had hired another HVAC contractor to install a new central air conditioning system, but after 10 return visitis, he could not fix a problem with the air handler leaking from the attic into the main house. Of course all of this took place during one of the hottest summers on record through the months of June and July and we had no AC. The leaking air handler caused thousands of dollars in water damage to our home. I fired the other contractor and hired All Phases. Within a week, they came to our house, gave us a proposal and started work. From two days from start to finish, a new system was installed including all new ductwork a new air handler and condensor unit. They even replaced the damaged ceiling. Throughout the process they were true professionals. They took special care in ensuring furniture and flooring was covered and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. When they left there was no trace of them except for a super silent, incredibly efficient central air system. They've called a few times since to ensure everything was working OK which it was. The price was fair, the work was excellent, and the service was top notch. Thanks All Phases Mechanical!

Hi CARL I can only give you 99.5 We feel the DEN (last room on the run) is not getting enough cool air. HENRY mentioned changing the vent to a 3 direction unit to help out the problem.Do you think you could do this? Or annother SOULITION? All phase started out with offering several different options and different price points to resolve our problem with the central air. Estimates, presentations, work performance were all professional . They went out of there way to make sure that the work was completed in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for a better team.

Very responsive to any and all concerns and questions. Was able to start within days, and finished rather quickly in spite of working in my extremely hot attic on a blistering hot day. Did a great job at a good price.
