Description of Work: Al Gamache and his employees completed an addition to our house several seasons ago, including a screen porch and deck. The work was completed on time and to perfection. We continue to call Al Gamache whenever we need something done! We have recommended him to several friends and neighbors and they have been equally pleased with his work and his friendly, professional manner.

Description of Work: Re-siding of one side of a house, using pre-dipped shingles.

Description of Work: The problem we have is that Al Gamache is not standing by his work. He put in new skylights 6 years ago and his workers broke tiles while installing and we had leaks. They came back several times and repaired them. Finally he was frustrated and said he would redo the whole back of the roof where the skylights are. That was done and all seemed fine. Now the tiles are curling and peeling. We have called Al Gamache and he said he would come and look at the problem. That was four weeks ago. We have kept calling and he does not return our calls. A roof should last between 15 and 20 years (according to him). We plan to call the state attorney general's office as well. We are very disappointed. We think we will now have to pay to have the whole back of the roof redone because he is not responding to us.

Description of Work: They designed, demolished, and renovated my kitchen, including new cabinets, island, countertops, electrical, piping, tiling and backsplash, and a half bath/powder room.
