+ -1 moreThe service provided by John at Natural Hardwood Floors was excellent. Some of the smaller things like returning phone calls, showing up on time for the estimate, and completing the work when promised really added the finishing touches to the fabulous job he did refinishing the floors. John needed to do a small repair that ended up looking like it had always been there. Overall I can't imagine how we would be happier - our floors look wonderful and really make it feel like a new home now. Thanks John.
Description of Work: We recently purchased an older home. Carpeting had been installed over some hardwood floors, we hired Natural Hardwood Floors to refinish the floors for us.

+ 0 moreJohn has done three jobs at my house since last January and overall his work and his workers work is excellent. I would definitely hire him again. He is a bit inflexible with his time schedule (no weekend work), but he will get the job done very efficiently and in the time frame he tells you. Cleans up after, was trustworthy in the house and the floors are beautiful. I always get compliments! Also he got almost all the squeaks out of the sub-flooring, which I have been told is difficult to do.
Description of Work: Installed hardwood floors in family room and two bedrooms. In addition they refinished the steps and landing upstairs, refinished living room and dining room - all red oak flooring. Although I give him a B on price, his prices are competitive.
