MSB worked hard to get our sprinklers in the ground in time to get grass started in a new yard before winter, even on the weekends until nightfall. They were also consistently aware of the local town requirements, and stuck by the original estimate even though our yard was full of rocks and hard on the equipment and staff. They followed up to fix minor leaks and other issues promptly. Based on the amount of work required and the quality of the work, I think we got a very fair price. Since we are new to the area, it might have been easy to mislead us, but we got good advice instead. Would certainly hire again and recommend to others. I expect all services offered, not just the irrigation, would be well done. Trustworthy, reliable.

Mike was highly considerate and professional, immediately calling me when a personal matter unexpectedly prevented him from making our first appointment. Once we met, I knew I was in the presence of a true expert. He was also respectful and listened carefully to what I wanted for my small garden and lawn. Clearly, no job was too small for him. We set a fair price and he and his crew returned to efficiently install the system and though they worked fast, they were careful not to disturb my well-established perennials and shrubs. Afterwards, Mike took time to patiently explain and demonstrate how to operate the system. He will also return in the Spring to go over it with me again even though it is not that complicated. And he will return every Fall to flush the system out and maintain it for a very reasonable fee. So essentially, the system has a lifetime guarantee as long as MSB Property Maintenance is in business which I hope will be a long long time.
