Description of Work: Mr Joseph G Mcnary did not use quality materials when building the deck. As a result rot set in BUT more importantly he did not build the deck to code. When we complained he said he would be back to finish the fix the problem. HE DID NOT RESPOND TO EITHER OUR PHONE CALLS OR LETTERS. We had to hire another contractor to the tune of $1000. to correct Joseph Mcnary's mistakes. The bottom line is that he is incompetent and unscrupulous and SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. He also has worked as a sub contractor for both Lowe's and Home Depot installing both doors and windows.. While in this capacity he asked a friend of mine to sign off on work he only partially completed. Joseph G Mcnary should be in jail!
