J.A.S. Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance

Had a terrible experience with JAS. Not honest and way too expensive and his extended plan is by the minute extra! I found another Local guy does better work, more compliments than JAS for 1/2 the price. I would never recommend JAS. Buyer Beware.

My lawn tractor was out of service during this very rainy season. JAS was the only provider that responded to my requests. JAS makes you sign a contract and was super expensive. They did an ok mowing job, but, I'll say it again SUPER EXPENSIVE, SUPER EXPENSIVE, SUPER EXPENSIVE.

He was punctual. He was an awesome guy and he was a little bit less. He was an excellent guy. I was going to go with him but for the extra money I got a little bit more than what he would have given. Still, I would recommend anybody to him. He was open minded and he had good things to say. He had good ideas. Actually, I took some of his ideas and the other landscaper did it. He did a little bit more than what I would have gotten. I paid a little bit more but Jas didn't want to do it the way I wanted. His price was real good and he was a great guy.

Absolutely fantastic! We received their flyer in the mail, and when we called for service Joe (the owner) immediately contacted us to come by for an estimate. He was extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. I was a bit nervous, because we have been burned by contractors and landscapers in the past, but Joe was very forthcoming and honest about pricing, and told us about his employees so we would know who to expect to be at our home. His pricing is very fair, and the level of service (prompt and top quality) was terrific! The gentlemen (and they WERE gentlemen) who mowed our lawn and trimmed our poor storm-ravaged trees were polite, neat, and efficient, and they seemed to really enjoy their jobs. We have absolutely NO complaints and will be using their services from now on. My lawn has never looked better!
