This is the third project we ve used Hi-Tech for our home improvement. The vinyl siding job is spectacular. Our new quaint beach house has come back to life, thanks to Hi-Tech s Jared, Nick, Renam and Jodell. We trusted Jared for picking the best product for our budget, Nick made sure we were happy with the overall project, but hats off to Renan and Joseph, worked full days and didn t leave a scrap of anything on the ground before they left. Always courteous, and mindful of the property, and taking time when I had a question or concern. Hi-Tech comes through, quality, price, stand behind their work and show up ready to get a job down start to finish. We highly recommend Hi-Tech for any project.

Hi Tech is an extremely well run organization, top to bottom. From President Bill Chase, Nick Painten (Production Manager), Julie (front office operations), Bill McGurn (Operations Manager) and the Hi Tech crew, the entire team is outstanding. Bill Chase took the time up front to provide a rundown of the services, materials and an estimate. He's very personable, competent and professional. As the work was in progress, Nick made several trips to check the overall project quality and asked if there were any questions or problems each time. And upon completion, Bill Chase followed up with a phone call to see if we were happy with the work. The Company is extremely responsive, always. The siding and window crew, the electrician and gutter teams are professional, courteous, detailed and very hard working. The home is a large, 1850s Mansard colonial with plenty of detail- 10 dormered windows and fancy trim. The men replicated the detail to perfection, replacing all rotted trim and crown molding with PVC, which looks exactly like wood, but is weather and rot proof. The crew worked from 7:30 AM to just shy of dark, and cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. Got plenty of compliments from passers by even before the work was completed. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

Hi-Tech did an excellent job replacing damaged cement board siding that another contractor didn t install properly! Next time I will call Hi- Tech first and get it done correct the first time.

During a winter storm a huge branch broke and fell thru my roof leaving a decent hole in it. Having cancer at the time I couldn't do the repair myself so a friend highly recommended them, so I called and they actually came out the same day and repaired my roof. This was my 1st time dealing with them and was extremely impressed for such a small job. From the office lady to Joe that did the repair, I highly recommend these guys, they WILL be doing my vinyl siding soon. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi Tech is good enough if you're a house flipper or a slumlord doing siding on a tenement building. Bill Sr. is the best salesman I've ever met. He led me to believe that an experienced, well trained crew would do the install. The sub-contracted crew Hi Tech sent out to do my siding project was just awful. They clearly didn't know how to properly install Tyvek, foam board insulation, and vinyl siding. The foam boards on the front of the house weren't taped on the seams. By the time they reached the back of the house they found the tape and used it in a few areas. All the doors and windows were supposed to have a full wrap, according to the contract I signed. But my side door has J channel up to the wood brick-mold. That's not what I paid for. Nick, the project manager blew off that concern. I've had to call them back 3 times so far in the 4 months since they finished the install to fix siding that was falling off the building. Each time the workmanship of the repair was a sloppy kludge. My most recent attempts at contacting them have gone unanswered. Clearly, they've moved on and no longer are interested in me as a customer. As the temperature rises, I'm afraid more siding will fall off due to their poor workmanship. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT HIRE Hi Tech for any siding project.

Signed the contract for 8 new skylights in late August 2019. Here it is Dec. 4th still no windows installed. Poor communications with the owner about what was going on. We're supposed to install skylights in October ? We are trying to sell the house in March, need those skylights installed.

The workmanship was horrible. After they installed the siding I went to Fl. for the winter only to come home to a house full of mice. I found that the 3 cellar windows that they had sided around had large holes around the base of the windows into the house. I could feel the insulation from the outside.! I repaired them myself. It took me days of cleaning, washing and throwing things away to get the house in order again. I wrote Hi-Tech an email and never got a reply. There were numerous other things while the work was going on . But there was a huge lack of workmanship for a very high price. I would never recommend them for anything.

They made a good initial estimate then kept adding required parts. It took a dozen calls and emails to get in touch about scheduling installation once they took my deposit. They were delayed because the guy who took the first measurements was not accurate. The second stated that they would expedite the order. Another 3 weeks trying to get in touch. They showed up with all the windows, but one was way off in size, height and width, so I had a nice piece of plywood for two weeks in front of my house. They wanted to charge me another fee to rush that window. Never use them!

Hi Tech was one of 3 companies which gave estimates for our window, siding, door and steps project. We highly recommend Hi Tech. First of all, the company owner, Bill Chase, took the time to understand what was important to us. He gave us options, not only based on price but also on performance, durability and aesthetics. We appreciated his very sound advice and did not feel pressured to sign a fast contract. In fact, he recommended that we have at least 3 estimates. Bill is a man of integrity. The work crew was skilled, polite and efficient. The Project Manager checked in every day to make sure the work was moving along and that we were happy. And after the project, The Project Manager was very responsive to our calls about anything that needed to be tweaked or adjusted. We also asked for some additional work that was not listed in the main project quote and he provided us with a quote followed by timely installation. Hi Tech will be on the top of our list for our next project. Thank you to Bill, the office staff, Project Manager and work crew for a job well done.

Great group of guys. They installed new windows on my unit and trim on the rest of the building. One piece of trim was falling off the next day and they came right out and fixed it no questions asked.

This was not my first experience with Hi Tech. I've had new windows and siding installed, as well as two new doors. The work was done in a timely manner as well as top notch. Because of this wonderful experience, I had no problem hiring them for my new roof. As expected, the installation was done in a timely manner and also top notch. It was a wonderful experience, start to finish.

I hired HiTech Windows & Siding and could not be happier. The roof they installed, Certainteed Landmark, looks great. The process of buying and paying for it was painless and efficient. On the day of the installation they arrived and went to work- the job was done cleanly and safely till completed in two days. If you walked around my property now, you would not be able to find any trace of trash or old shingles or nails...total cleanup. I highly recommend HiTech for anything you need- this is a great company doing great work.

After we were sold on a $21,815 window and front door replacement job (putting down $7000 in advance in June, and giving another $10,000 in mid-August as the work commenced) -the first crew that was sent did poor work and were fired by Chase (this was after we demanded that they not return due to the horrible work they left behind). We then wrote to Harvey Windows after repeated calls and no action from Bill Chase. Harvey Windows got involved somewhat but pushed all responsibility back to the contractor-Our Front door is still not installed properly. We are still trying to have Bill Chase fix it-we spent an additional $850 outside to repair some of his poor workmanship. We still have repairs left. We are totally frustrated with the lack of ownership and resolution of these problems from both Bill Chase and Harvey Replacement Windows-I would not use either one for they do not really stand behind the workmanship-Bill Chase was a preferred vendor on the Harvey website yet after spending $20,815 its as if we don't exist. As you can see this 1 month project has now dragged on for over 6 months and we still have not had the problems Bill Chase and his crew created fixed properly. Robert K. Update on 5/17/2017-After working with Harvey and Hi-Tech they came back out and fixed the door and window that we had brought to their attention. Both companies wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work and that the windows and door were installed correctly.
