Perfectly! George arrived right on time, and even though the sparks had stopped he immediately diagnosed a bad heating element, grabbed one off the truck, and had us back in business in no time. George is great - arrives, takes care of the problem, and gets on to his next job. Over the years he's fixed our refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. We always call George first!

The repair man showed up promptly replaced door switches and worked great.

The repair went fine, but had to be spread over two days because of getting the part needed to fix the dryer. They tell you get a discount when you books because of this site, but if you don't pay with cash, the discount doesn't apply.

The repairman was great found the problem right away and fixed it.

My call was returned within 30min, an appt made for the next day, and George explained the charges to expert. Arrived right on time, assessed the problem, told me casts, had parts on trust, all done in 90 min. courteous polite, clean, thorough, explained ever thing answered all my questions.

The technician promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the problem with the evaporator tray within 30 minutes of arriving. I was pleased that the problem was fixed so quickly. I will definately use G and G Appliance Service again for my large appliance repair needs.

I have a Kenmore gas dryer. The gas was not burning as I could smell gas and there was no hot air. I did the initial trouble-shooting which consisted of checking the fuse which was good. Called G&G and they came the next day on time. However, I had disconnected and moved the dryer to work on and he refused to do any trouble-shooting or diagnostics - other than turning it on even knowing the problem is with the burner. He was chastising toward me for moving the dryer and would not discuss coming back if I hooked it back up, etc. And he absolutely would not consider hooking it up himself because he claims he needs to be a licensed plumber to connect the gas line. In this case he should not be servicing gas appliances and, or he should have disclosed that before coming.

Terribly. The technician had the correct seal on the truck but quoted 390 dollars to fix the seal without any estimate of the time although when asked again he admitted it would take less than an hour. I thought this price was too high and asked him not to do the work but he explained I needed to pay 70 fee anyway...which I did.

They really do what you need them to do. You can trust them. They are not going to rip you off.

This is a local firm that does a great job. I like them a lot. I mean, they knew just how to solve my problem by using their skills. I found that impressive. Not everyone could have done that or they would have charged me a ton to have a bunch of stuff done that I did not need before finding out the root of the problem. I think they are great.

The workman was quick and efficient. He came when they said they would, was able to pinpoint the problem, had the materials and made the repair. Both calls were less than 30 minutes long and solved the problem.

VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS

THE LITTLE PLASTIC CAP WAS $3, AND I WAS CHARGED $59.95 FOR THEM TO COME THROUGH MY DOOR, AND AN ADDITIONAL $60 OF LABOR FOR A $3 PART. ALL THE JOB INVOLVED WAS CAPPING A LOOSE WIRE. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN, I FEEL THEIR PRICES ARE NOT FAIR AT ALL.
