Dream Team Contracting

Dream team contracting is assembling a "team" of small contractors into a single company which means that they can handle a broad list of projects and cross sell their services. This works best when you have multiple small projects that need doing on your list. Domingo, who is a star on their team, helped me with door handles, track lighting and rehanging a heavy front door. While this team approach works in the main, it can present problems in some cases. For example, the top guy at the company is an expert at chimney work and decided to take on the project of putting in some crown molding which he had little experience doing. It took all day and looked a bit rough. Fortunately, other members of the team could back him up and everything came out well in the end. All in it's a new team and a good one. I would recommend them to you.

Domingo worked tirelessly to ensure the project was on track and was able to keep progress moving even with a major snow storm hitting at the start of the project.

The company did a good job. But when you call the office there was never anybody to answer your question they did the job pretty quick just lack of communication at times

They were easy to make an appointment with. However, just before the time of the appointment, they called to reschedule for a later time and the chimney sweep specialist still came an hour later. Once in the house, he did a great job of explaining the issues and suggested ways for solving the problems.

We hired Northeast to plow the driveway, and shovel up to the door. We couldn't be more pleased at the quick response, and attention to detail that was provided!

They actually completely rebuilt my chimney and capped it along with parging the part in the attic. The owner came back to honor the warrantee when the cap came loose in the wind.

They repaired my foundation inside and out. The work was done in an orderly manner, the price was right, and the workers were nice, courteous and professional. I hired this company to do interior repairs for me as well. Yes, a chimney company that does interior repairs. This company is the one stop shop for all interior and exterior repairs and maintenance. They will be back this summer to do my front deck. Martin & Mike are wonderful.

Had Mike come to give an estimate. Turned out to be a minor repair so I hired him on the spot. He was extremely helpful, taking time to explain what he fixed and also how to use and maintain our fireplace. I will be using this company in the future for seasonal cleaning and maintenance. Very professional and would recommend them without hesitation.

Marty did a fantastic job replacing damaged ceramic and quarry tiles in two rooms. He was knowledgeable, courteous, prepared, kept the job site clean and neat, and cleaned up after the work was done. His pricing was reasonable. Also, unlike any contractor I have ever worked with, he stayed on the job until it was done, working well after 5:00....unbelievable! Hey everybody, you gotta use this guy!

The bills were sent at the end of the season and contained bogus charges!

They answered the phone when i called. They got the job done within 2 weeks. They were great with follow up questions. Their work is exemplary.

They're very good, the only thing that I call last week and didn't heard from them. And I call today, and has been 4-5hrs. And I'm still waiting!! But, .....that's life!!!!

I used them to do a tile backsplash install in the kitchen. The installers were friendly, explained what they were doing and why they made the decisions they did, the final install looks great and they were very careful with cleanup so that everything was clean and safe (no tile shards left from cutting) when they were done. Happy with the final product and the people who did the work.
