Marty and his crew were very courteous and professional. We were in a situaton where we needed to have our chimney installed right away because the direct vent system that our previous contractor had installed on our furnace had failed in the middle of October in New England where you never know what the weather is going to be from one day to the next. Marty gave came out the same day and gave me an estimate on the spot. He managed to get his crew to my house in less than a week. They did a very professional job for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs any type of chimney work or maintenance done!

They did great work, the problem is with the time and cost. The project took 10 days, I was told it would take 3, (granted there were a couple rain days). Then I was asked to pay a $400 "price overrun" (beyond my balance) because he needed to pay more money to rent the machine (rent a machine??) Nice guy so I agreed to split the $400, and paid the balance. But I calculated my two payments, he ended up writing it for $100 over ($300) for the overcharge. Nice guys...I guess I trused too much so shame on me for not doing my own math. I called Martin after to give him a chance to true up, but he hasn't gotten back to be.

Even though they showed up 7 hours late, when they finally did the job it was done well.

They were here when they said they would be. The service person was polite and explained everything to me. I would use their company again, if the need arises.

Very nice guy who seemed to know what he was doing. He took three days instead of the one he said it would be and trampled some flowers. He offered to take money off the bill for them but didn't.
