They called within 2 hours of my request to Service Magic. They set up appointment to come the next day at 2pm. They called at 2:15 to say they would be arriving with an hour. They arrived as promised and promptly assessed the situation and gave me a price. The price was more than fair for the amount of work they needed to do. They completed the job, even did more than expected to fix up the area. Could not have been a better transaction. Flawless from beginning to end.

Wonderful! The free estimate was given on a Thursday. I decided to use them on Saturday. Martin said they could start on Wednesday, but ended up starting two days early on Monday. The job was finished by Friday -- EIGHT DAYS after the estimate for slightly LESS cost than the estimate. Martin is one of the best!

They gave me a detailed estimate, clearly broken down, and they explained it to me. The explanation was clear, and I felt they were knowledgeable; their price was extremely competitive.
