+ -1 moreDick's was ultra responsive. They were courteous and helpful. I took by 52and quot; plasma to their shop. They helped me get it out of my van and then took care of everything else.
Description of Work: Dick's diagnosed by Plasma TV problem, ordered the new part, and installed the fix.

+ -1 moreFrom the person who answered the original call to Mark, the technician who install the lamp, we experienced nothing but professionalism. Mark was extremely courteous and efficient. We were happy with them and with Angie's List who we used to find them.
Description of Work: Our 65" Toshiba HDTV "popped" a lamp Sunday night. We had sound but no picture. I called Monday and told them what had happened. They said they would get back to us. The following day (Tuesday) one of their technicians called to say that they already ordered the lamp and that, when it came in, he would contact us to set up an appointment to install it. The following day (Wednesday morning) he called to tell us that the part had come in and to see when they could come by to repair the set. We asked if he could do it today. He said that would not be a problem and by 3 PM we had our TV back.

+ 0 moreI went to their small store and their staff helped me find the appliances I wanted. They were very informative and helped me make my decision. The installation and delivery went very well and the appliances are all working great.
Description of Work: I purchased a GE Microwave, GE Profile Stove and GE Dishwasher as well as a Whirlpool Refrigerator. They delivered and installed the appliances.
