They rescheduled multiple times and when they finally showed up, what they replaced did not fix the problem. They would have known that if they performed a simple system test before leaving. Next repair visit involved bringing the wrong part. I was very frustrated with them. It must have taken a dozen calls and a half dozen appointments to get the system fixed.

The system was installed by Grant Burner Services in 2013 who was acquired by Climate Design Systems. After the acquisition a letter was sent to customers by CDS and stating they would now be providing the same exceptional service as we were used to. I did not experience this. The day before Thanksgiving the boiler started continuously trying to restart. CDS would not dispatch a technician until the morning after Thanksgiving. With the help of the Viessmann support team it was determined the Control board needed replaced. Although this part was immediately available and orderable in Boston for less than $500 (I know this because I called several supply houses and informed the CDS technician before he left that morning) CDS would not provide a quote or make any order until the following Monday so it was Tuesday before they could come back and replace the board. The technician failed to capture the settings before replacing the board and did not know how to program the new board. Fortunately I wrote down the settings the night before so I had to program the boiler. I rebooted the system and it worked. Total time without heat and hot water: 1 week. CDS might be ok servicing a system they installed but the perceived attitude is they claim no ownership of the systems installed by their acquisition. If someone has a Viessmann system installed by GBS then I recommend they find a company who sells and services Viessmann as CDS does not have the experience to efficiently work on these systems.

They called but they were over an hour after my appointment time and that was not cool. I smelled booze on the guy's dress. I had an attic pulled down and that's where my AC is located. He didn't replace the energy saving box that helps seal off the attic. When he was leaving, he managed to walk off one of the shoe protectors. He looked at it as he was leaving and he sort of left. I would use them for my oil burner but not for the AC tune-up.

I was hesitant but the salesperson persisted telling me that at he very least the installer would do a proper measurement. I agreed and rushed home to find that CDS had been waiting and was actually getting ready to leave. I called him he was concerned i had 'wasted" his time. When I called to co it was very hard to get to a manager to explain my complaint. Mary initially would not let me speak to voice my concerns as she had already spoken to all of the individuals. Very happy it ended this way I would hope that more Customer Service training and Education as to what type of product the is company sells.

Showed up on time and installed humidifier as advertised. Very friendly and professional. Very happy with service provided.

When they installed the boiler they cleaned up everything well and completed the work when promised. Ever since, they have come out every year to clean the unit and maintain it. The only thing that could have been done better was on the most recent visit, he needed to come back as he had forgotten his tools and he came in without us being there or calling. Their communication regarding the boiler is good and they call to remind you about the cleanings and they mail communication regarding the service agreement. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Very poor. Did not show up when they promised. I will not use this company again.

Technician STEVEN VOTTA arrived at the arranged time - with a nice smile! He was very pleasant and professional during the entire time, and freely offered information to me about my heating system. He provided a thorough check of my furnace and tested it as well. At the end of the approx. 45 min service he went over the results, indicating potential problems - but telling me they were unlikely events/needs of replacement in the near future - and went over all the and quot;numbersand quot;/results he came up with by doing the check-up. This company always provides only the best service at a reasonable price. It's too bad they have to come all the way to Lynn from Methuen to help me out, but at least Steven is from a local town so I don't feel too bad using their service. They are great!

We are very happy with the outcome. They styled within budget and schedule.

The week of New Year's 2013 our furnace was dying. Needless to day being in the Northeast in January is pretty cold. We could smell something burning. We shut off the furnace and started making calls. Climate Design was able to get right out to inspect the furnace. They were able to put our fears to rest about the burning smell we were getting. They were able to get our heat working enough to keep the house warm until the new furnace could be installed. The new furnace was installed in a few days (once the finances were worked out) and we spent the rest of the winter comfy and cozy. Since they were very professional, courteous and quick we are bringing them back in this week for an estimate to replace our central air unit.

They were very responsive. I called them up and they came out right away. They guy that came was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, gave us different options. There were no high pressure sales and he gave an estimate right on the spot. I just called him back today and eh said that he would give me a new estimate with change of different system. He gave me a price on that. He also would be coming to put a new contract and I would be signing up.
