CAPSTONE MARBLE AND GRANITE

This is the best experience I ever had with a company. Jillian at the store is extremely efficient, personable and you never have to ask twice, she always comes through. Marcelo is AMAZING!! He treats your home as he would his own, he takes such pride in his work and is extremely meticulous. He is always on time, answers any question you have. His crews were equally as professional and efficient. I would hire Marcello again without a second thought. I had previously hired a horrible company who pulled out of the job after 3 weeks of demo and a mess. I had only hired Marcelo for the Granite, but when he encountered the problems we were having, he offered to help. He had everything completed in 2 weeks with better than expected results.

The process was great from the beginning, we got estimates from Jillian Thompson in the show room with a sample to take home and she sent us to look at granite slabs in Haverill. Jillian was very nice to work with, very professional, efficient with no pressure. When we were ready for the counter top to be done Marcello showed up right away took measurements went over our plan, answered all our questions completey. Marcello took the sink with him and came a week later to install the counters. The install went fast with out any problems, they even made us a cutting board out of the granite cut out from sink - fantastic. The counters are amazing they look so beautiful with the bull nose edges. I'm completely statisfied and Awestruck at how fast and efficient Marcello and his crew completed this job. I never had granite in my kitchen before its Impressive. "Love It" A job well done. Bravo!!
