Terrible, I got a quote from another plumber in Boston where I am originally from to do the entire job for 200.00. (My brother used Angies list and had a great experience, hence the use of the referral source.) So I decided to look for a local plumber to use local community/small business. What a mistake! I told Bill what I needed to have done he arrived at my house Saturday Morning at 7:00 am and I explained we have all the supplies that Lowes said all plumber do when changing a toilet out. ( Also this isn't the first time I had a toilet replaced here in Methuen since a lot of these house were built long ago) Bill went to work and by 8:00 am he was finished with my second floor. I said okay I'll go check he looked hesitant and said " no need to worry I have photos see look" I thought this was odd but I trust this person and said okay looks good by the photo. (I'm 6 months pregnant so I figured I could skip this step and not climb stairs, again what a mistake!) My mom and cousins came by and took a look upstairs since and came down to inform me he didn't but the valve and they found the valve under the heater as if he tossed it under there. He did not **** around the toilet or take the time to test the toilet, (the toilet was still leaking now from the inside) I call I'm not even an hour later and he let my call go to voice message. I pursued to text him and he immediately answered my text and said is a shorter amount of words " Not his problem and he dumped the bag out and never saw the valve." any homeowner knows a toilet valve is a necessity as a professional plumber how could you not say something. He basically stole my money and could care less about community or his customer.

Bill Healy installed a water heater in our third floor condominium unit. Bill is very experienced with our condo complex and came highly recommended by other unit owners. In fact, the water heaters used at the complex also serve as the heat for the unit so its installation is more complicated than a typical water heater. Bill completed the project on time and for the quoted price. He also removed the old heater.

Bill hooked up our gas stove after it was disconnected during flooring installation. He came on time, completed the job with care, and kept to the quoted price. My wife and I trust Bill and would definitely hire him in the future.

It was clear to me that we wanted to hire him, however he wouldn't return our calls and give us an estimate. This was an easy job to replace carotid pipes for the sink. They were polite, friendly and took pictures of the pipes but didn't get back with us. He had completed work in the past and did a good job. This was just frustrating and we lost a week.

.He is the only one that works there. You know who is always coming. He is a really good guy and very professional. The pricing is very fair.
