Andrew/Manager explained their process which I appreciated. Scheduling was accommodating as I had a small time window to have them come do cleaning prior to my moving into the townhouse. Rolando Jasel did a good job. He showed me the dust that was collected but I was surprised it was so much less than I had previously encountered from a previous house cleaned by another vendor. Maybe this townhouse is less dusty, hope that's the case. They finished earlier than expected but noticed the flue were shiny and vent covers thoroughly cleaned.

We have an old house with a complicated and leaky duct system. Aspen did an excellent job and even removed money from the original quote because it took them longer than they had originally thought to complete the job.

Went great! We had not looked at the dryer vent in several years. Purchased a new washer and a new dryer recently. Decided to have the vent checked. Glad we did! Vent was blocked and we had mold.

The job had some setbacks due to problems with the age and condition of our home’s air ducts, however Aspen Air Duct Cleaning did a wonderful job and their salesperson Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and attentive and worked through any issues that came up.

The team was timely and helpful. Work was done as promised.

From start to finish my experience with Aspen was great!! Andrew DeForrest was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me both on the phone and via email answering mulptile questions that I had prior my deciding to move forward with this investment. No high pressure sales tactics from Andrew which was refreshing after a bad experience I had recently at a well-known furniture store. The men who did the work for me were professional and friendly. When the job was completed, they cleaned up and you would never have known they had been there. I would highly recommend Aspen!

The crews were both professional and polite. Outside vents were missed on the first day but the response to our complaint was swift and the return staff went beyond our expectations to both clean the outside vents and re-check the cleanliness of the inside ducts. A large amount of water was discovered in one unit's ductwork and vacuumed out at no extra cost. If I could give an A+ on responsiveness, I would. You can trust this company to keep their promises.

It went very well. The techs were very polite and informative. Having been burned in the past by a few duct cleaning companies I was a little nervous trying out Aspen, but they did exactly what they quoted me and I am very satisfied with the results.

My son had been diagnosed with an chronic illness that affects his ability to breath in areas with airborne dust and debris. I hired Aspen to clean my ductwork, but I also had them seal it by Aerosealing. I found out I was losing a lot of air into my basement and also I was sucking in a lot of dust from the walls and basement. It has been roughly 7 months and my son is making great strides with his health according to his doctor. Not only that, but I have saved almost $90 of gas each month this winter compared to last year after stopping all the leaks in my ducts. I would highly recommend Aspen.

I was smelling something terrible whenever I turned my heat on so I called my HVAC contractor, but they said they didn't do duct cleaning and that they recommended Aspen. I spoke with a young man on the phone named Andrew who really seemed to care about my situation and was very informative. When they came out last week and cleaned the duct they found a few dead mice and told me that this was probably the source of the smell. It still smelled a little when they left, but a few hours later and the smell was completely gone. I even recommended Aspen to a few of my neighbors.

Outstanding! Price was a little higher than the other company, but after doing some research Aspen was the better company and I am glad I chose them. They even showed me the before and after pictures as they took them.
