Norm was great! I pretty much knew from our first phone conversation that he would get the job. He came within 2 days, showed up on time, and got right to work. Norm and Nick were professional in every way. On the blood, sweat and tears scale, 0 blood, 1 sweat, and only a couple of tears were shed.....lol Norm. I will most definitely use them again, and very soon!!! Thanks Norm, and Happy New Year!!!!

He came here, he said he would give me an estimate and didn't. Doesn't return my calls.

Started with the problem outlined and fixed it without wasting time

I was refereed to Norm from Jackson Home Inspection. I spoke with Norm and texted him pictures of my electrical panel and he quoted me via text. We had set up an appointment for him to come add a sub panel and outlet for my electric dryer on 11/28/12. The night prior to the appointment, I texted Norm to confirm our appointment. He replied and said he would be there at 7:30am on 11/28/12. HE NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED.... At 8:30am I called him and asked him where he was, he apologized and said he thought I was someone else when I texed him and could we reschedule. I said, NO... I had taken the day off from work. He apologized again and said he would finish the job he was doing and head right over. He later called and apologized again and said he could not make it over. He would check his schedule when he got home and CALL ME that night to see when he could fit me in. HE NEVER CALLED!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... No excuse....

The price was fair and work good. Overall a good experience. He should up on time and did work.

He explained everything in detail and showed possible future issues that should be addressed. Very knowledgable , personable and informative. His name and number will go on file for future work at our condominium complex.
