Never did the work and we are chasing him o get our deposit back.

They only took a day and a half to complete which seemed fast but the claimed they took out so much old cement. But on the second day they wanted more money for the job because they said one small part was worse,then they thought. They wanted another 300.00 and I told to leave it and I would have someone else do it that wouldn't be that much and they changed the price to extra 50.00. They also asked for an extra 350.00 for sealer that they said need to go in mix which was a different story from the original quote. Then two weeks after job was done we had a heavy rain and one wall was leaking like a waterfall. Took video to show so he stopped by. He then wanted another 200.-300.to fix the wall he just supposed to have sealed. He gave us a line on 2nd wall probably has hole in it. I told him the cellar hadn't leaked like that before so he said he could come next day to fix for that price. I was out of town when he came to fix and came home to another story about how bad outer wall are and it would cost more like a 1000.00. So I told to work up a price but was getting more quotes.he then said he cold do it for 625.00. Began to check on line to find out other people having problem and chose not to pay anymore for the poor work that they did. I had to pay someone else 500.00 to fix

Jim Medagila visited my wife & I on Jun 26 & wrote a contract to perform masonry. I paid 1700 on the day of his visit for materials. Approx 10 days went past & I called him to ask when he would start . He couldn't give me a start date & we decided to supend the job . I contacted him again He aggreed to start on 8/14/2015. He started removing some of the brick from our sidewalk & put up a plasic barrier. He has not returned since 8/14/2015. I have called him repeatedly with no return call.
