Aya's Shinetime Cleaning

I recently hired Aya’s Shinetime Cleaning for a "deep clean" of my home, and I am deeply disappointed with the service provided. Despite their "satisfaction guarantee" and promise to return within 48 hours, they failed to uphold this commitment. Their attention to detail was severely lacking, with corners neglected and surfaces poorly cleaned. For instance, the kitchen countertops were left dirty with crumbs, they left dog hair on the staircase, and the master bedroom had no vacuum lines in the carpet to indicate it had been vacuumed. When I reached out to Aya to express my dissatisfaction, she told me that the team "accidentally missed some spots" because the house had not been recently cleaned. Huh? Isn't that why someone hires a service to conduct a deep clean?? Instead of providing me with the satisfaction guarantee and returning WITHIN 48 hours - she simply charged my credit card for the full amount despite my sharing my dissatisfaction and sending numerous photos and videos to Aya depicting the issues. Overall, I do not recommend Aya’s Shinetime Cleaning to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable cleaning service. Their “deep clean” did not even compare to what my previous cleaner did during a regular clean. Their failure to honor their satisfaction guarantee has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.

I use Aya, sole proprietor at Shinetime Cleaning. Aya is absolutely amazing! I found her through Angie's List but I've been using her for about 3 months now. She does my regular housekeeping which including all of the things I asked for. I asked one time and she never forgets. She does them all every time. She goes above and beyond to make things perfect. I've also hired her on separate days to do organizing. Weather it be an entire office, a closet or a room & closet. Aya is very conscientious about keeping the one dog I have separated from the other animals behind her gate. She is never late. Always punctual, happy. Professional. More than reasonably priced. I can't say enough great things about Aya!! So happy Angie's List connected us! Thank you Angie's List and thank Aya, for everything, always!! I appreciate you!

Aya is absolutely amazing! I have used several hous cleaner that I've either given feed back each time with no results so I so using their service or it was so subpar it was one & done. Not with Aya. She did absolutely everything soup to nuts with needing to be asked but did ask to make sure I was getting everything I wanted. I have a very large home. The entire house top to bottom is sparkling cleaning and smells amazing! Aya pay close attention to the fine details that others forget. 10 out of 10. I will continue to use her services!

Great job for a great price. She cleaned my entire store floor, all shelves and glass cases. Everything came out looking great afterwards. Will be having her back every other week for routine cleaning. Highly recommended.
