He was polite.

I wasn't going to be home but when he said he was coming that day and that was completely fine. He was very nice and removed the branch that I needed removed and cut the branch up so we could give it to my daughter-in-law for firewood. He also seemed to have removed another branch that might have been dead. He was a kind man and I would highly recommend.

This was the first time I called him - he's a delightful man and does many jobs well, but is quick to hand off jobs he doesn't want to subcontractors who do not answer to him. They also do good work but know how to leave a job half done and then don't answer their phones. He also is impossible to contact once he has worked for you, He may be a genius who requires variety, because he also did come plumbing (2nd time I called him) etc., but his email box AND voicemails filled up and there was no contacting him after that. I noticed many of his latest reviews were poor while his previous reviews were all 5 stars - he may have had a family or health problem and need to rebuild his business. What he did, he did well, but I wouldn't call him again without knowing more.

I sent a text to this company indicating that i needed cleaning services and never heard back from them (despite me stating in my text the importance of me hearing back immediately).

I simply adore the guy! There isn't a thing he can't do and he does it with top quality expertise! He is my go-to-guy. I won't do a thing to our home without checking in with him first. He and his associates are professionally skilled in every facet of home repair and home building. Thanks Rick! You are appreciated by this homeowner. Richard Pisano responded back to emails in a timely manner and updated us on the timeline. The person that actually did the work (Richard) was pleasant and professional.

I was in desperate need for someone to connect my gas dryer for me & remove the old gas dyer. I rang Rick & told him what I needed, I sent him an email confirming all my information & within minutes Rick had answered & confirmed what time he would be at my home. Rick was courteous, on time & knowledgeable. Will definitely hire again.

We had a serious water heater leak throughout 4 rooms. Rick had the floor dismantled and replaced - better than it had been originally. The original installers had not staggered the planks — he did and the floors look better than ever. Rick and the men who did the work couldn't have been more professional while getting the job done!! So happy with the results that I would definitely hire Rick again for any future work needing to be done!

Rick was readily available and got back to me in a timely manner. A lot of other handymen are hard to get a hold of or can't do the work right away. He came over to do a quote and ended up knocking out most of my punch list. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Rick works with my schedule and show up on time. Did the work quickly and nicely. Recommend.

Really nice job done! Rick had explained everything it may had potentially problem for the dishwasher (to me it is just cosmetic problem), and you would think he is really completist. He is also offer life warranty for the installation. I am very pleased how efficient he had done his job. He also helped to fix my in-sink erator and recycled my old dishwasher and refrigerator. I would have him for other appliance project in the future.

Rick was polite, professional and was communicative. Will hire him again when we remodel our kitchen this winter.
