Overall a very good experience. We seem to have dust collecting on surfaces at a much lower rate now, so it did help. My only suggestion would be, since we're a shoes-off-in-the-house family, is to wear protective booties over your shoes in the house. Some other providers we've used do this, and it's appreciated.

Our vents are on the 2nd floor, so a large ladder had to be used. They only worked from the outside and did not come in. Very messy. No cleanup and my outside vent still had lint on it after they finished. The man did not want to bring his ladder back to my unit to clean out the outside cup, only 10 units down. You get what you paid for.

Mighty Duct had cleaned our ductwork in the past (too long ago!), and we remembered a good experience, so we called them again this time. They responded quickly to our phone call, and we were able to schedule an appointment within the next few days -- a relief given the somewhat suspicious odor emanating from our vents. The courteous and professional two-man crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very careful to avoid damage to our home and even not to track in soil from the wet conditions outside. They cleaned up thoroughly and did an excellent job, offering advice about how to assess when the next duct cleaning would be needed.

$100 They did a very good job--nice finish work and a lot of preparation before hand. Took some time because repaired ceiling had to dry before being painted. I am very pleased.

Process was extremely smooth. They were careful with the property, very polite, and did a great job. What I liked most as opposed to competitors was that they gave a flat fee; $150 base fee, then $20/per vent. Never tried to sell me anything, no mystery going it. It cost what he said, was less than his competitors, and accomplished exactly what was needed to be done.
