+ -1 moreThey have always been courteous, arrive on time, and complete all work quickly and neatly. We're very happy with them and have contracted with them to assume ongoing service and support. Would happily recommend them to others.
Description of Work: System troubleshooting repair and maintenance. Took over maintenance from another alarm company that had become non-responsive.

+ -1 more.Always goes well, whether installation, system upgrades or service work.
Description of Work: Over many many years, this company has installed systems in three of our homes and in four of our business spaces. We have referred them to many of our friends and our business acquaintances, and we have had nothing but wonderful service and wonderful reports back from our friends. Their head service man, John Rich, is a miracle worker. He makes every huge problem disappear as if it never existed. Their pricing is always very fair. They handle the latest equipment and they always do a fabulous job. I've been doing business with them for well over 20 years, and they just keep getting better. Look no further---these are your alarm system guys!
