Description of Work: Fix washer, had error code. He unclogged drain tubing, no parts needed, 1/2hr of service. I feel I was overcharged.

Description of Work: They fixed my dishwasher. They came out the day I called but needed a part (work done by Jimmy who was very professional). They provided a temporary fix so that I could use the dishwasher during the weekend while waiting for the part and returned as soon as a part came in. They were vey responsive and worked around my schedule. Price was a little more than I would have liked but I'm guessing it's in line with what services cost.

Description of Work: Assessed and ultimately replaced 2 build-in A/C units. Coordinated to address A/C needs of 2 other units in my building as well. Very responsive and easy to work with. Did a good job.

Description of Work: I have a condo and I needed to get it ready to rent. I asked for the stove self cleaning lock to be replaced; Dishwasher resealed and the ice maker in the side by side fridge to be replaced as it didn't work and the unit was rusted out. The stove lock couldn't be fixed because he said he couldn't find the part, he replaced the dishwasher seal, only the ice maker valve was replaced for over $300.00 and the rest of the ice maker unit was not replaced. I was very upset that I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money ($800+) and only the valve was replaced. The rusted out unit could not be used to make ice. He went back to the condo removed the valve he put in the unit and refunded what he said I paid for just the valve. (Over $300.00) He should have replaced the ice maker vs. yelling at me stating "that's all I asked him to do". It was extremely obvious the entire unit which included the valve needed to be replaced. Paying over $800 for these three items also was excessive.

Description of Work: The repair went very well. Marc was right on time. Determined what the problem was and repaired without an issue. Seems there was moisture in the vent hose which caused an issue with the fuse.

Description of Work: I have been using Sherman's for years for appliance repairs. Marc is efficient, extremely knowledgable, thoroughly professional and honest. He diagnoses the problem quickly and fixes it. He is also friendly, pleasant and very funny so that the experience is not only effective but enjoyable. This time he came to repair the washing machine with his equally professional and polite assistant, James. Explained after troubleshooting what the problem was. Didn't need a new part or anything. He also while he was at it, looked at the dryer and did something to improve its performance. I enthusiastically recommend Marc Sherman for appliance repair.

Description of Work: DRYER DOOR NOT CLOSING. CALLED SHERMAN'S, THEY CALLED ME RIGHT BACK AND CAME THE NEXT DAY. PROBLEM FIXED. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW NICE THEY WERE TO DEAL WITH.

Description of Work: Our old refrigerator was broken and we got a timely and excellent diagnosis and repair of our fridge. We were very grateful.
