Pat Hayward and another man (sorry, forgot the name) did the work. I had expected them about 8 am, but they arrived after 9 am. When I called around 8:10, he explained they had to go pick up pipe and other parts first, which was fine since I was thinking they might not show due to some emergency. They were both courteous and efficient in doing the job, which took about two hours. They cleaned up the old pipe and took it away. He offered to take away the old sink (large and heavy) for a $50 disposal fee, but I decided to dispose of it later, along with other stuff. As for the price, well I don't know if it was too high or not, but he stuck to the original quote and did not try to add on after starting work, which I've seen on jobs by other contractors. I'm happy with the job they did and would consider them again for future work.

Excellent, responsive and very professional. This is a relatively new company with two fully licensed plumbers. Very easy to deal with, and very helpful in solving the problems.
