The owner, Edward Clark, was difficult to deal with and unprofessional in his communications with me. He did a fine job on replacing the panel above the range hood, but he was so disagreeable and hot-headed on the phone that I felt it necessary to have someone home with me when he came to do the repair. This kept his behavior in check. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not use him again, even though the quality of his work was good.

There was a lot of work undoing what had been done in the bathroom. Olive Tree worked with me to plan every detail of the construction to maximize the space and outcome of the project. After removing the old bathroom, we were able to gain eight inches of floor space and raise the ceiling by over a foot using more strategic planning and construction. They used skilled plumbers and an excellent electrician to make the end result a complete transformation and exactly what I was looking for. Services provided to me included removal of everything existing, planning, framing, tiling, plaster, electric, plumbing and extensive carpentry.

Great work. Ed worked with us to design the exact functional pieces we wanted, and then suggested additional detail and fine finish work to make it really perfect. While he sometimes didn't show up exactly when we expected him, he always did the work efficiently and with such pride that the final result was outstanding. We are thrilled.
