He does great work, keeps the job area clean and is reliable. He is also a very nice guy and is highly trustworthy. We will hire him for all of our painting needs!

I won Steve's services at a church auction for $220 for his painting for a day. (The paint cost extra.) I contacted Steve about a month after winning his services and he came over to see the various things we needed to have painted. We needed to do more than he could do in a day, so we figured out what our priorities were in a couple of emails back and forth with him. On the appointed day he showed up on time, was very friendly, and worked a full day through lunch. He sanded 3 ceilings that had been replastered in patches and repainted them. He also painted one wall that had suffered a little water damage and touched up another wall. I was VERY satisfied and would use him again. He seems to have several years of experience.

Arrived right on time. Did prep work and left. Returned later in day when he said he would for part two. Kept work area tidy.Returned in timely fashion for final coat of paint. Tried very hard to meet my needs. Made adjustments to keep labor within my budget. Very easy to work with.

I recently moved into an older condo where I had new baseboards, closet doors and crown molding installed in a large living/dining area. The previous owners had left behind an upholstered wooden cornice board which was attached to the ceiling along with other drapery hardware which I had had removed and this had left a discolored area and the remains of blue anchors on the ceiling. At this point I contacted Steve regarding painting the unit . He sent me a very detailed proposal/estimate which set out very clearly all the work which needed doing, which was exactly as we had discussed when he first saw the condo. He certainly came through wonderfully and there are no longer any signs of the previous ceiling problems (there were also a couple of hooks where the previous owners had hung a swag light which I had removed and there are no more signs of these) and the walls and other areas are all beautifully painted. The whole area is now completely finished and looks wonderful. I could not be happier. He did an exceptionally good job, was very meticulous in the way he worked and at the end of each day the room was left clean and swept up. I certainly would thoroughly recommend him and hope to have him back as I move on to refinish other areas in my unit.

A very positive experience. The walls and trim look great and the process was much less stressful than other home improvements we have done. I have and will continue to recommend Miles Painting.

Punctual, polite, talented, and most important of all--extremely clean and tidy. Tools and everything put away--no specks of paint anywhere they shouldn't be. (He also kept my cat company!)
