Description of Work: We had a new oil burner installed.

Description of Work: They installed two (zones) new HVAC system into our home. We got five other bids and they were by far the ones we liked best for the following reasons--they didn't make us feel stupid, they could explain what they were going to do and why they were going to do it (none of the others could), they were consistent about what they said they were going to do and what they then did (others changed and then the price changed), and they said, "We make a hamburger. It's a good product. We don't get fancy. We know how to make a good hamburger and that's what we do." They were right. Several others had different ideas about what they wanted to do which were twice the cost and when I asked Mathews Brothers about those ideas they were matter of fact about why it didn't make sense, wasn't needed or wouldn't work as well. We are happy with the products. They worked around our vacation schedule and treated our dog like a queen. Honestly, I think she misses them. Ask for Marco. He is knowledgeable, kind and listens to what you want. As a woman with a child, I never felt uncomfortable about being home when they were here or about them being here when I wasn't. They also didn't speak only to my husband which I also appreciated.
