I was so impressed with the professionals at Mass Junk. I was very concerned about emptying out my mother's life long house. The crew was on time, early even, they were professional and very nice. They were fast and efficient and, most importantly, disrespectful of what they were throwing away. When they started the house was a mess and when they left it was immaculate. I would recommend them for any job to anyone!

They were extremely helpful with a large last minute need for furniture removal. They were professional and friendly onsite and even took a request beyond the original items. Their pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend for any of your junk removal needs.

I was very pleased and impressed with the excellent service that I received from Mass Junk on May 15, 2019. Brett and Nick were extremely efficient, professional, accommodating and friendly and I enjoyed talking with them. They did a thorough and excellent job of clearing out my basement and removing items from the first floor. The end result was truly amazing. Not only did they remove the items they cleaned up after the job was completed. I would especially like to commend them for their professionalism and superlative skills which exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. They are truly an asset to the company. I thought the price was reasonable considering all the items and TVâ s that had to be removed. I would definitely recommend their service to my family & friends.

I didn't realize it would cost $160 when I hired them. I thought it was $40 less, but then when they got there he said it was the minimum amount. So, it was expensive for what they took away. 4 sections of a wooden fence and two other smaller objects.

came with a large box truck and enough help to take my junk out quickly - 4 guys these 2 men and a truck are cutting it close in my opinion to remove junk sight unseen another story with delivering sofas they know in advance how heavy and big they are

The guys at Mass Junk were excellent, they never stopped moving. Courteous and efficient. I found them to be worth every penny I spent and thought their prices were very reasonable. I will use again in the future and would recommend to a friend.
