+ -1 moreThe work went fine. The problem was that it took almost 3 months for the co to get back to us to set a date. We called many times and left messages that went unanswered. Finally we got a call back but it took forever.

+ -1 moreIt went great. I contacted Jimmy (Stanton) earlier in the season to get an estimate. I told him I wasn't in a rush, but needed to get it done in the fall. I asked for two different estimates in case we decided to add a driveway. He was very obliging. We decided against a driveway because we haven't decided which side of the house to put it on so the quote we went with was for the tear down and grading. -When the crew arrived, they were very professional, all business. They had to take down part of my fence to get the material out. But, when they finished, they put everything back. They did a great job and the grass came in beautifully.
Description of Work: We needed a (condemned) concrete entry way and stairs with a retaining wall and pathway removed from the side of our house. They came in and pulled out all the material (there was a lot) and hauled it away. They were very careful to avoid any drains and the foundation while doing the tearing out and hauling away. Then they graded the area away from the foundation, added loam and seeded the area.
