Homepro built a large room, coat closet and storage closet in my basement. We are very happy with the results and with the whole process. Jon and his crew were very professional. Their attention to details is great. The workmanship is outstanding. The job came in at the quoted price. When we redo our kitchen we hope to get Homepro for that job as well.

Jonathan was very responsive - he met with us within two days after we first contacted him. He was also very responsive to my phone calls and emails while the work was being done, and was extremely pleasant to deal with.. His work was professional and well done. Moreover, he was very thoughtful and suggested a number of things that we had not thought of such adding some additional outlets.I could not be happier with how things worked out.

We met with Jonathan for the estimate on both bathrooms and he was realistic about our budget and what we wanted done. He gave suggestions of where to buy lower-cost but high quality products and advised us about which aspects of our project would be most costly. The estimate he gave for both baths ended up being spot on. When construction began, Jonathan and Joe ran into a few unforeseen issues which they problem solved between the two of them and the building department. Both Jonathan and Joe are nice, professional and amicable guys who we enjoyed sharing space with for the duration of our project. They made a point of saying hi to us and our pets because they are both big dog lovers! The completed work is impeccable. Our bathrooms are by far the nicest rooms in our house. On top of that, they used drop clothes and vacuumed the rugs and swept the floors after leaving. The only sign that they were here is their remarkable craftsmanship. We would work with them again in a heartbeat, and intend to when the time comes.

Everything went very well. Jon and his team are professional, thorough, careful in the work and the quality was clear. The costs were reasonable and Jon even did a few extra things while here and did not even charge us for this. We would use him again for almost any remodeling and handiwork inside or outside the house.

Things went very smoothly. There were no major surprises. The estimate was pretty right on track. Any additional costs were due to things we had added on. They are a two man team who bring in their own plumber, electrician and sometimes flooring and painting guys. Since most of the work is done by the two of them, the process takes longer than it might with larger companies. But, I liked the fact that it was the same people day in and day out and not always a different crew tramping in and out of your home. Jonathan and Joe are simply likable and trustworthy people. They are actually easy to talk to and just nice to have around...That was very important for me because I work from home so I was always there throughout construction. My kids missed them when they left! They have been responsive regarding any last minute check-list things. Jonathan has always called or emailed me back. Everyone who has seen the remodel has been impressed with the quality of the workmanship. I would definitely recommend them.

It was a really great experience overall. The work was completed on time. The communication flowed very nicely throughout the entire process and things were explained to us when we had questions. You can tell that they have a wealth of experience and will share with you their opinion which is nice when making decisions. Joe and Jonathan are easy going, trustworthy people that you feel very comfortable leaving in your house all day. They were wonderful to my kids and our dog. We are very pleased with the quality of all the work that was done - they took great care in making sure the end result was right.

Jonathan and crew did a good job with the installation of guard rail across a sliding door we have on an unused space above the garage. The original idea was to put a deck in front of it to address the safety concern of having a sliding door that opens to nothing. He suggested a more effective and economic solution and also did a good job with the installation. He was professional and punctual. Since the job didn't take as much time, he didn't even charge the whole amount.

Very professional. Prompt response to phone call, and really very clear about the timeline for when they could do the work. That timeline ended up being incompatible with constraints for the project, but overall I was very impressed with their presentation, pricing, and ideas for the renovation.

Jonathan was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not go with his service was the price quoted. I felt it was quite overbudget for a small bathroom remodel.

Jonathan did great work for us. He was both patient and responsive as we were deciding on materials, colors, etc. He showed us examples of other decks he created for inspiration and didn't complain once when we changed our mind about materials (3 different times!) Pricing was competitive and the workmanship looks great. Jonathan was upfront about his schedule -- both start date and duration of project. Additionally, Jonathan kept the project site very tidy while he was working at our house. I would recommend Jonathan to others!

Jonathan (and Joe) from HomePro were excellent. Throughout the entire process from quotes, to scheduling, to the work, and the stuff that comes up, HomePro was professional, thorough, and pleasant. These guys did top-shelf work, with great attention to the details. We would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan for future work and will certainly be looking to them for such.

Jonathan and Joe were great to work with. They were extremely easy to work with and offered some creative solutions to meet the needs of our family. We decided on a total basement remodel after some water damage to the basement. After we got the water issue worked out, we had some folks come by and give us estimates on the job. Jonathan was right there with the other quotes and offered some great ideas on our visit. We ripped out the existing flooring, walls, ceiling, insulation, and wiring. With the basement space, we built a theater room with projector and all media wiring, a game room (for the kids :)), an office, an exercise room, and additional closets for a netork room and storage. We also installed a whole basement dehumidifier to ensure we don?t have that ?basement smell". To help reduce the cost of the project, we left the finishing touches at ourdiscretion to finish. This included the painting and floors. We had some carpet laid out in the theater room and we're still looking for the right tile for the remainder of the basement. It?s been a year since the project was finished and we are still totally satisfied with the results.

Jonathan and Joe were both very responsive and helpful scoping out the necessary work. The spent about four weeks demolishing and then rebuilding a basement playroom. The original work was done by me 36 years ago when we bought the house and it really looked it. They tore out everything and rebuilt the walls and ceiling, installed a subflooring (which we had carpeted after), rebuilt stairs, installed new lighting and wiring for a plasma TV and added a heating zone for the previously unheated space. They also wired and installed new lighting in the unfinished back area for my work space. They had to install a new egress window as well. I also had them replace my pull down attic stairs and do a minor roof repair. Everything was done extremely well and they were very accommodating to little alterations and extra touches (a half wall for the lower half of the stairs with an oak cap, a small sloping threshhold into the back work area, etc.). They kept me fully informed as to any changes and the cost of them and their prices were reasonable (e.g. $250 for the roof repair that took a few hours to do).

I had initially contacted this company for some remodeling in my family room I was considering at that time. He was quite responsive and came in at scheduled time to take measurements etc and provide estimate. I was also working with a few other contractors at that time and eventually decided not pursue the project. Almost 8-9 months later, I was looking for a contractor to look at finishing basement and contacted him again. Initially he agreed to come by and then sent an e-mail stating that he will not be able to come and mentioned that he never heard back from me on his previous estimates. I was a bit surprised to see that response and then looked back into my e-mail and saw that I never actually had an estimate from him. Perhaps there was an e-mail issue, but nonetheless, this was quite a surprising response form a contractor. Perhaps he has great workmanship, but the response makes me not consider him for projects in future.

I emailed this company to check their interest in a large addition project. Unfortunately they were not able to meet our schedule due to other commitments, but they responded very quickly and in a professional manner.

Jonathan and Joe were great to work with! The quality of their work exceeded our expectations and their customer service is second to none. Throughout the project (from complete demo of the basement) to the final product (finished basement with new bathroom and laundry area), Jonathan and Joe were very professional and checked in with us on even the smallest details. I live in a lovely 120 year old farmhouse with a stone foundation. The basement was in need of multiple repairs. J.J. bid on the project and came in at what I thought was a fair price. I gave him the job based upon his obvious experience, know-how, and responsiveness. He assessed the varied issues and made excellent suggestions as to how the work might best go forward with budget, our family's convenience, and the most attractive outcome in mind. He ended up demolishing some old wooden walls and built-in's as well as a defunct brick chimney to open up the space. He removed all of the debris, then restored and sealed the stone foundation walls and poured a new concrete floor. He re-built the stairwell and repaired the wooden steps, relocated an electrical wire and switch and installed the new sump pump. The space now looks clean, open, bright and functional. J.J. was good at communicating the smallest change in schedule and I always felt our job was a priority. Because of his competence, reliability and overall professionalism, it was a pleasure to work with J.J. and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Jonathan came to give us an estimate on a rather large deck project. My husband met with him and liked him immediately. His bid came in within range of what we expected. We would have chosen Jonathan to work with, but our schedules conflicted. He seemed like a straight-forward guy with a lot of experience and was really able to communicate ideas. He brought up things we hadn't thought of and had helpful suggestions. We would definitely call him if we do another home renovation project.

During the estimating process he described the work, and potential challenges, he explained the materials and was clear with us on the process. After evaluating a number of contractors we chose Jonathan and his team as our initial experiencing working with them was very positive and we liked the materials they used. Their price was also very fair. During the building process Jonathan and his team showed extreme attention to detail making sure things were built to code and going the extra mile to make sure the finished product was superb. Through the process we did run into a few unexpected challenges with the work, and Jonathan was very upfront with any incremental charges, provided options to help us solve them, and stayed very positive during the process. We are incredibly pleased with the final product and love the size, shape and style of the new deck. All in all, we had a very positive experience and would recommend HomePro Services highly to anyone needing work done.

We received a "same day" reply to a request for a quote. We had a visit to look at the basement from Joe and a detailed quote from Jonathon within days of that visit. Both were very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the project including obtaining all necessary permits. We liked the fact that Jonathon and Joe would be working on the project on a daily basis. They kept to their timeline and finished the project within 4-5 weeks. After seeing the progress in the first week, we added flooring and painting to the project. They worked hard every day they were in our house and left the site cleaned at the end of every day. They gave us a lot of ideas along the way that made the finished basement and bathroom so much better that what we had first envisioned. We upgraded every aspect from bathroom fixtures to adding a kitchenette area. They were open to all our ideas as we were going through the project. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home. We would have no hesitation to recommend their work and using them again on our next project.

We called to get a quote, Jonathan came and told us he would give us a quote in 7-14 days. It has been 18 days and we still have not hear a word from him.
