Since we were very pleased with the work HomePro had done on our bathroom, Jonathan and Joe were top of our list of people to contact when a break-in left two of our doors damaged. We called Jonathan who came on incredibly short notice ahead of the holidays. He and Joe finished the job within two days of our call. They did a great job and we very much appreciated the quick turnaround, especially on very short notice ahead of Christmas.

I am thrilled with Jonathan and Joe's work on our bathroom. Not only did they do a great job updating the room, but they were professional, respected our house, and started and finished the job on time. My wife and I are expecting our first child soon, so we had a limited amount of time to get the work done. Jonathan was very conscientious of our needs. At each stage, from the quote to the completion of the project, I felt that my wife and I were in good hands. Jonathan was patient and helped us make educated decisions. We also felt that he was straightforward and very reasonable on cost. We would definitely work with HomePro again and will be recommending Jonathan and Joe to anyone who needs help remodeling their house in the area.

I was very pleased with the entire project. From dismantling and removing the old deck through every detail of the rebuilding of the new deck, the work was done with pleasant competence. The result is a really nice looking, high quality deck that will require minimum maintenance . I will definitely use these guys again in future work I will be needing done.

We liked how they a provided line item price for each step of the renovation. Jonathan and Joe are very meticulous about their work. Besides the competitive pricing another reason we selected HomePro was that they had bathroom white 4" tile for children's bathroom so that when we replaced the vanity and changed the shower controls we would not have to have mismatched tile or do an expensive new tile job. The old tile on the walls had slightly more gold specs than the tile they were installing. However, instead of putting all the new tile around the vanity where the slight mismatch might be more noticeable they painstakingly removed some of the old tile from the shower and installed it around the vanity to match the surrounding tile. At the last minute we decided to add some accent tile to our master bathroom and Jonathan made a couple of late night trips over to our house with some samples for us to choose so as not to inconvenience us and still stay on schedule. The end result is that our master bath tile looks great. We highly recommend HomePro Services and will use them in the future for other jobs.

I had done a lot of research on this project prior to asking for bids. Previously, I had had fir stairs out the back door to the pool. The design had to integrate with the rest of the house, not stick out like an add-on. I had worked on the design over the previous year getting input from everyone with an opinion, so it evolved with the seasons. I investigated all the different wood options, including composites, and ended up choosing mahogany for looks, durability, maintenance, repairability (it can be sanded) and value. I did get three estimates for this project. Two came in very close and one was about 20% higher. I chose Home Pro because I liked working with Jonathan. He has an easy going style, is clearly experienced and had very good recommendations. That choice proved to be right on. It was a pleasure to see Jonathan and Joe every day. They came when expected and worked long days. Weather was a continual problem and the project took much longer than expected due to rain delays. Besides the new deck, they also replaced shed doors, reconfigured the gutter that affected the deck area, and installed two attic vents. There was one misunderstanding about the shed doors, but Jonathan was very professional and got them replaced quickly. Some of the extra charges I thought were a little higher than expected, but he all the work was done beautifully and he did not charge for a couple of little extras. He was always available on the phone when I needed him and came by as many times as necessary before starting the job. I would definitely recommend Home Pro Services and definitely use them again.

HomePro Services was great to work with. Jonathan was patient in working through several iterations of plans. Once the job started, Jonathan and Joe were here everyday until the job was complete. We could not be happier with our new dream kitchen. There were no short cuts taken...he quality workmanship and attention to detail is evident throughout. Jonathan and Joe went to great lengths to level our floor at the start of the project and then carefully set the tile to be sure there were no uneven edges between tiles. There was constant communication with us throughout the project. Jonathan kept the project moving smoothly, working with his subs (electrical, plumbing, plastering, granite)to ensure there were no delays. Even on days where subs were working, Jonathan or Joe were there to provide direction and answer questions. The overall project came in right on target with contracted cost. Add-ons that we requested were reasonably priced.

The previous owner of our condo had done a poor job of finishing the basement space in our condo. We asked HomePro Services to recommend design changes to more effectively utilize the space and provide a quality finished living space. Jonathan met with us several times to come up with a design plan that met our needs and worked with us on on keeping the project scope within our limited budget. While we were away on vacation Jonathan and Joe gutted the basement to the studs, framed new walls, installed wall insulation where there was none, dry-walled the entire basement, installed closet doors, and fitted new door and baseboard molding. They even did the in wall wiring for our "dream home-theater system" and wall mounted our flat screen tv. When we returned from vacation, the basement was finished and cleaned up.....ready for us to prime and paint. We opted to do the painting ourselves to stay within budget. Our basement living space no longer feels like a basement...but rather an extension of our upstairs living space. We are a repeat customer for HomePro Services. We used HomePro Services to build our patio/deck and last year they remodeled our kitchen. Jonathan always goes the extra mile to be sure that the project fully meets and exceeds customer expectations.

HomePro Services worked with us from the initial kitchen design planning and budgeting phase through every construction detail, resulting is a kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. Jonathan spent considerable time discussing and explaining our design and material options. We never felt pressured into a decision and always felt that all of our questions had been considered and addressed. The project was managed on schedule and within our budget. There were no surprises...Jonathan kept us informed at every step. When unanticipated problems arose...we were given options on how they could be addressed and what the costs would be. We ordered the cabinets ourselves to take advantage of special Kraftmaid promotions, but Jonathan reviewed all kitchen CAD plans and order spec sheets to make sure we didn't miss anything. Although we shopped around for granite fabricators, we ended up going with HomePro's subcontractor, who offerred the best selection and pricing. Jonathan and Joe are amazing craftsmen that take tremendous pride in their work...and they treated our home like it was their own. There were no shortcuts! Even their plumbing and electrical subs were top notch and terrific to deal with. We didn't get "nickled & dimed" for small changes and ultimately got more than we bargained for.

Overall, the experience was great. He was meticulous and communicated very well. He did an excellent job and I would definitely use him again.

I am very happy with the process and the work. I got lots of options for materials at various price points. They worked my overall vision for what I wanted done, but made helpful suggestions that made the project come out better than I had imagined. The bulk of the cost of the project was for materials. The rates for labor were very reasonable. Late in the project we discovered that the bulkhead door wasn't going to open the whole way because it was going to hit a railing. They were perfectly willing to rip up half the deck and redo it to make it work. Luckily we were able to find a simple solution that only involved moving a railing post up a step. They handled the permit process and dealt with the building inspector, making the process very painless for me. It went so well, that I plan to use Homepro services for my next project: finishing my basement.

Professional and courteous. The build went well, but there were increases in the scope of work as time went on. I regret not having plans drawn up because the size of the finished product was more than I had envisioned. The town building inspector made a few changes that also added cost and materials to the job. The deck and staircase are very solidly built and look to be done perfectly.

HomePro Services built an 8 x 16 PT deck on the back of our condo. Our condo owner's association provided architects plans and specifications which HomePro followed to the "T" and Jonathan (HomePro owner) then recommended some structural and decorative enhancements which we accepted. HomePro handled everything including permit filing with the town, demolition of the precast concrete stairs and construction (no sub-contracting). HomePro is a 2 man crew, including Jonathan the owner. They worked our project non-stop to completion! They were not juggling several other jobs along with ours, which we considered a big plus. If I had any questions Jonathan was always available to respond. All work was done on budget and schedule and the job site was cleaned up daily to the delight of the other condo owners and association. We couldn't be happier with the workmanship and the responsiveness of HomePro Services.
