Since the new seal was put in place we have not seen any further water marks. Bill provided suggestions on how to remove the stains. He had a look at the bath overflow, but advised that it would probably need to be worked on through the wall to have it done properly. Overall, Bill was great very knowledgeable and friendly. We originally thought the call out would cost $110 an hour, but the job was done in total for about $130. You always think the worst when there is a hidden leak as you think it will be really pricey, but this company proved me wrong as a result of their experience. I would definitely recommend Bill/this company based on my experience.

We had a leak from someplace in our shower into the basement. Called on a Wednesday, made an appointment for Friday. I forgot I had an all-day work meeting Friday and could not make it, but they were very accommodating and moved me to the calendar for Monday in case I could not find someone to come sooner. I called Sunday (they were closed) to confirm my Monday appointment. They returned my call Monday morning to confirm, and then called again around noon to let me know the plumber would be there in half an hour or so. He arrived right on time and took the time to listen to my description of the problem. He was very thorough and was eventually able to diagnose that water getting through the seal around the tub spout was the issue. He also corrected some pipe length and seal problems he noticed while removing the spout, and even gave us some maintenance advice for our water heater. The job cost less than I feared and the leak was stopped before we did damage to our floor.

The plumber responded almost immediately and came to fix the problem within a few hours. I am very pleased with his work and responsiveness.

The plumber was originally supposed to come between 10am and 12 Noon, but was delayed on another job. The company called to let me know he was delayed and to say he would arrive between 12 and 2, which he did. Once here he was very nice and did the work well and fairly quickly. A good experience, and I will call them again for future plumbing needs.

Great company. They were professional and courteous from the very first call. They were responsive and scheduling a convenient time was easy. They showed up on time and performed all of the work very efficiently. They answered all of my questions and even fixed a few additional items they found. They also took the time to identify other areas that should be watched as time goes on. They were a bit expensive, but did a great job.

Convenient to schedule service with office. Reviewed pro's and con's of changing from gas to electric heater. Plumbers arrived on time and finished promptly. Explained what I needed know about new heater. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Hinchey was quite responsive to our emergency problems and always fixed the problem the first time. They gave us a rough estimate for the emergency work and the final number was fairly close to the estimate. The non-emergency work was done for the price quoted. The only downside with them, is that because they employ several plumbers, we never had the same plumber come to the house.

Good, they always appear on time and often call before they are coming. They clean up and have much of the needed equipment in the truck. They have a full time office manager to make appointments.

WE ASKED THEM TO COME OUT, TAKE A LOOK, AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE. THEY REFUSED TO LOOK AT THE JOB, BECAUSE IT WAS TOO SMALL. THE WOMAN WAS SOMEWHAT POLITE, BUT MADE IT CLEAR THAT THEY DID NOT WANT SMALL JOBS.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND EVEN THOUGH THE JOB EXCEEDED THE QUOTE THEY HAD GIVEN ME, THEY ONLY CHARGED THE QUOTED PRICE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT IT TOOK MORE THAN A MONTH TO SCHEDULE THE JOB.
