I thought the service was great, he was quick to respond and clearly knowledgeable. He seemed to really care about his work and I noticed him helping customers over the phone between jobs instead of just telling them that he was booked.

Couldn't make the original time planned, but he came late to make up for it, which was much appreciated. Job was finished quickly and efficiently

Went great. The faucet hole sizes (too small) and cabinet build (left little room to get hands in) caused some complications but Petros worked through them with us patiently. He was very transparent and explained all his work.

I called Pietro Floros at 9:45AM on the Sunday after thanksgiving and he had everything fixed by 10:30 AM. He replaced the broken parts and had everything working in minutes. He was amazingly quick, professional and friendly. He gave me a good price for an emergency service. I would hire him again in a minute! He also maintenances heating systems.

it Is clear that this plumber is a seasoned professional. He quickly identified the problem with the old waterheater and recommended that it be replaced. In less than 24 hours I had a new gas water heater installed , and the old one was removed. Price for the water heater and its installation was competitive with an extended warranty. I Would certainly use his services again if the need should arise

Great - the first plumber I hired no-showed. The next day I called at least 5 guys, Petros was the only guy who picked up the phone and was able to come that day. He not only installed my dryer (and moved my old one out of the way), but he fixed the hot water in the kitchen sink after I complained about it. I'd gone a year without hot water in that sink and he fixed it in two seconds. Thank you, Petros!

Excellent! First I called and told him what I had done and he asked me to take pics and send them to him so he could see if he could talk me through a quick fix - once he determined it needed to be reworked he said he would come to my home as soon as he was done job he was on way to - he showed when he said he would be there and he said "I'll do best I can to fix this for you at reasonable cost" and he did what he said he would do. I've worked with lot of trades people and I would hire him again in heartbeat. Professional, reliable, reasonable and customer caring. Cant go wrong with going with their services. Highly recommended

I wish I could give a grade higher than "A" for punctuality. I think he showed up 15 minutes from my first phone call. Home Depot had promised to install our dishwasher then refused once they were in the house. I called Mr. Floros. He showed up in minutes, installed the dishwasher quickly and professionally, left the kitchen cleaner than he found it, and charged a reasonable price. Oh, and hauled away the old machine, too.

work was completed, but he had poor attitude and we ended up paying for additional part due to his error.

They were excellent. The price was great. He did a very good job. He was very good.

He has saved us on multiple occasions. He replaced our septic pump promptly when others said it would be impossible to do so on a weekend.

We needed the plumbing fixed with a new fixture. He answered her phone call immediately and immediately went and bought a solid fixture for a good price and then installed it immediately. It was fantastic.

Petros responded to an early morning call and was able to fit into his schedule the same day replacing a broken water heater. He requested sending photos of the old water heater so he knew the brand and the type of space he'd be working in. Very personable, straightforward, and easy to deal with. No surprises.

All issues/problems were fixed/resolved. A true professional. Highly recommend his company.

Perfect! Prompt, professional and fixed the problem the first time. No leaks. I also will mention in the pouring rain-going the extra mile. I did think the price was slightly high. However, as I mentioned it was pouring rain outside and all the work needed to be done was outside of the house All in all I think he spend about 20-25 mins to completed the project and he left me the rest of the hosee/tubing.

He did a really great job. He threw all the stuff away, he did a good job cleaning. He installed the pumps, checked it, made sure that it was working properly and did a great job.

He was very busy that week but fit me in. Mr. Floros was able to quickly find the leak in a joint in the pipes in a back hall wall. He had to open up the wall. He replaced the joint with a better fitting elbow and that fixed the problem.

It took them two hours to complete the job. There was one worker and he was great. He left the area clean.

I had a hot water heater that had been taking longer and longer to "kick in". I finally got around to calling someone to look at it. Even though I said it was not urgent Mr. Floros arrived at my door within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and said he would be back with the part the next day as the supply house was closed by that time. He came back the next day and installed the part. I was very impressed to say the least.
