Description of Work: It was a tough job to haul a 75 Gallon power vented water heater into my multi storeyed condo leave alone installing it. Petros anticipated the job would take him 5-6hrs, but he ended up finishing much quicker and also charged me a lower price. Very honest guy, knows a lot, would love to work with him again for my future needs.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaky toilet that clogged often. Petros is very personable, professional and his service responses is super-fast. From call-which he answered the phone-to installation of a new toilet was two days and that's because I held him off a day. We discussed my needs and he delivered exactly what I was looking for.

Description of Work: I needed a toilet installed and had tried many plumbers and couldn't seem to get anyone to do such a small job. Petros called, explained in detail the scope of the work and the price upfront, and exceeded expectations by doing the installation the next day. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: I have used Petros three times. The first time he installed a water heater. We spoke extensively on the phone beforehand so that he would bring the correct equipment and be able to perform the job. He completed the work and then advised me how to order parts for a leaking faucet. When the parts arrived a week later he returned and installed the faucet. He was knowledgeable and honest about the quality of the replacement parts (not as good as the original even though they were sent from the manufacturer). Finally, he arrived during the monsoon storm on Monday (7/28/2014) to my home in Cambridge to help deal with a backed up sewer line into the basement. Even though I was away from the home, he helped direct the painters/handymen who were present to do what they could to deal with street run-off rushing up out of a basement toilet. I have also asked him to provide references for other services he does not provide. (The A/C outfit he recommended was also very good.) Petros has your back and I won't use any other plumber.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking wax ring on homeowner-installed toilet.

Description of Work: Went behind the wall in the other room to get to the pipes of the shower, installed a new shower head with one pipe unified shower head. Combined hot and cold water. Other job was repair leaking in the basement. The two jobs cost me $1167.

Description of Work: Had a clogged toilet I could not fix myself. Petros came pretty quickly on a Sunday to handle the problem. Fast, efficient and friendly. I am having him back to address several other plumbing issues.
