Very professional, gave me a schedule of events that shall occur. He installed the new gas line from the gas meter up to the kitchen. Then his work was approved by the plumbing inspector. He then performed the final installation and had the stove up and running. Petros was professional and I would use his service again.

Petros was able to respond to my call and schedule a date to come in for the work. He came on time and was prepared for everything that I asked him to take a look at. Everything was done efficiently and carefully. He was very nimble working in tight spaces. He was courteous and was kind enough to ask me if there were any additional items that I had questions about. He was honest and did the job within the time frame we were expecting. I would highly recommend Petros because he was ready and willing to work hard.

Overall good experience. Floros came the next day I called and figured out the issue (which I had trouble figuring out myself) very quickly. He went out to get the parts and came back to get it fixed. He is very professional and courteous. After all is done, he's kind enough to ask whether there's anything else he can help with while he was here.

After my attempt at "do-it-yourself" plumbing went awry at 6:30pm, I realized I needed the help of an expert. After hours, I called 3 or 4 different service providers on Angie's List and was delighted when I reached a live person at Floros Plumbing on the first call. Despite being at another job site all the way across Boston, there was an immediate willingness to help with my situation. A follow-up call when on the way let me know he was 20 minutes away. Once on site, professionalism was readily apparent. My repair required access to my neighbor's townhouse basement at 8:30pm and what could have been an awkward situation was facilitated with ease. My repair was quickly and cleanly completed (the water was disconnected and a broken shower faucet replaced). I was even able to get an estimate and advice on further non-emergency plumbing repairs. My confidence and trust was increased when discussing a potentially expensive fix to a faulty toilet -- a potential solution was provided, along with an acknowledgement of the expense, and a recommendation that I solicit a second opinion before moving forward such that I could do so comfortably. The cost and promptness of the repair, coupled with the professionalism and willingness to educate left me with an overall great experience.

He was great. I sent him photos of the valves that needed attention. He came with the parts and installed them promptly and without issue. He gave advice on some other work. The whole process was a pleasure.

P. Floros efficiently removed my old dishwasher and installed a new one, all while chatting amiably with my very chatty preschooler. It was easy to get him on the phone to discuss what I needed done and then to schedule an appointment, and his pricing system was very clear. After finishing the job, he asked if he could help me with anything else while he was there, so I told him our front exterior water faucet (for the hose) had almost unusably low water pressure. With the turn of a knob in the basement, he fixed that problem. While we were looking at the outdoor water faucet, he found a dead baby rabbit and took it away for me; I hate to mention it and know it wasn't plumbing, but for me this was really going above and beyond, especially since I would have had to pester my husband to take care of it. I was so pleased with this experience, especially since purchasing installation and haul-away with the new dishwasher would have cost between $200 and $250. Highly recommend P. Floros.

We needed help with installation of a washer and gas dryer in a difficult location in the basement. Petros Floros offered to do it the same night that I called him since he was on his way to a job about 20 minutes from our home. He arrived exactly on time and did a fantastic job, managing to accommodate the space constraints, level the machines, and run them both to make certain that all the connections were correct and complete. He was extremely pleasant and instructive, leaving me happy and confident in his work.

Petros Floros was amazingly responsive. I called him the day I bought the gas stove, and he came the next day to install it on his way home! He was very careful in both removing the old stove and installing the new one to avoid damaging the walls/door frames or the new range. My favorite part was that he asked if I wanted an extra long flex connection so the range can pulled out to clean under! A great suggestion and well worth a little extra. I was really impressed with Petros' work.

Excellent Service. Takes care of every little detail. He always arrives on time, everything he said he would do he did. He is always careful with the property while working, very clean, he is always concerneed about doing a good job. It is always a pleasure to work with them. Because I live in a condo, he is great about checking in and out with the front desk. I've already recommended to everyone in my condo. Our condo vendor charges $2400 for this kind of service whereas I only pay $1475 with Floros Plumbing and Heating.

I called Petros in the morning to inquire about fixing a leaky toilet in our downstairs bathroom. He said he could come the same day. Petros gave me a call, per my request, on his way over. He was able to repair the toilet within 40 minutes. All the parts he needed, he had with him, so the job was very quick. I am extremely happy with the work and very glad to have found him on Angie's list. I will definitely use Floros Plumbing in the future for any plumbing jobs.

I had recently purchased the Angie's list voucher of $119 for $200 worth of plumbing services from Floros Plumbing and Heating. I called Petros to replace my kitchen faucet and if time allowed in the service I purchased, to let me know what was going on with my shower temperature. I called Petros on Monday 3/25 and talked with him about my plumbing needs. He scheduled a visit for the following day. Petros arrived as planned after his calling ahead to let me know he was on the way. I had purchased a new faucet for the kitchen but it was the wrong one. In fact, I have an old kitchen and the faucet dimensions were ones that were not readily available in most stores. He called a company he knew in Watertown that may carry the faucet and quoted me a price and timeline of availability for the faucet. He said he could probably fix the faucet and then did so with no added cost. He then checked out the bathroom shower and found he needed to replace a part that regulated the temperature. He left to get the part and returned and replaced the part with success. I had to pay for the shower replacement part as expected but otherwise the job was covered under the voucher. Petros was very responsive and professional and I would highly recommend him.

Although this was a small plumbing job, Floros Plumbing responded to my call immediately. He said he couldn't get to me for 3-4 days and would let me know when. He came to the house on the 4th day. He quickly repaired the problems. He was professional, courteous, and very informative. He answered all my plumbing questions. I was very impressed, and will use Floros Plumbing again. He took the time to come back, because I couldn't turn the shut off valve (not his problem because he showed me how to do it when he finished the job). He was very pleasant and patient!!!

When I called this morning to make an appointment, I didn't have any expectations that he could come today. However, he thought he would have time on his calendar if his two scheduled jobs went well and I was working from home, so he called me back in the afternoon and was able to come by. I was pleasantly surprised by his quick response and that he answered his phone immediately. I've had several past instances of calling someone to have work done and never receive a callback so this was a great experience. I have Petros' card and will definitely call him again!

He did a good jop and cleaned up after. He also did a quick inspection of the house plumbing and answered questions as well as made a couple of recommendations.

Our hot water heater suddenly broke, and we were trying to find a company that provided services on a Saturday. Floros came quickly and replaced the tank very fast. He was also very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was also a pretty knowledgeable person!

He has been very nice to me. He had a special running recently that was expiring soon, but he has made every effort to let me take advantage of that!

I've used Petros several times over the years and he always gives first-rate service. For me he's replaced old plumbing, installed water heaters, repaired faucets, and installed outdoor taps. He's extremely competent, fun to talk to, responsive to your questions, and reasonable in price. His assistant followed his playbook and was similarly excellent. With Petros there's never a problem. I had a leaking toilet and I suspected that the wax ring needed to be replaced. I called Petros on Sunday and he told me that he'd be out on Monday to look at the problem. This was fine with me as I had told him that this was not an emergency because I have a second bathroom. I had asked him if it were the wax ring, how long would the repair take and he told me that if there were no other issues he'd have the wax ring replaced in an hour. He showed up the next day at the time he said he'd be there and looked at the problem. He confirmed that it was the wax ring and made the repairs and had the leak fixed within the hour as he had said. Petros was very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely call him back for other repairs or work. Overall it was a very good experience.

Floros was very helpful. He stopped by right after I called and completed the job in a shorter time than anticipated. He performed quality work and was very sociable and professional. We'll use Floros Plumbing and Heating again.
