The service was great, he was punctual, talked me through the process and got the job done.

our hot water heater burst on sunday. called the guy that originally put it in. after 3 calls, I was ready to give up on that guy so I turned to angie's list and found Floros. Despite the company that made the heater not being able to give him a list of local distributors(the heater was still under a 12 year warranty) he was able to track down a replacement, have someone pick it up, and get here that evening to install it that day. Would highly recommend, and in a few years when we go tankless, will def call him to do the work.

I got a call back from Floros in less than 30 minutes, on Sunday night! Right there they exceeded my expectations. They came in the following day, first thing in the morning. Petros, the gentleman who came in, was kind, resourceful and very efficient. He also answered my plumbing questions unrelated to the matter he came for. I greatly appreciate the service and I will designate them as my plumbing team to go!

I woke up to no hot water in my house, I found that my water heater had leaked over the basement floor. I called 4 local plumbers and started waiting for call backs. Then I remembered I had joined Angies LIst! I found FLoros Plumbing and called them directly due to there A rating and wonderful reviews. I was surprised when Petros answered the call himself! He asked me questions about my water heater and home, and he talked me through what I needed to do before he arrived. He quoted me a price, which I thought was fair. . Petros arrived at my house within 2 hours of our call, with my new water in his truck. The water heater was installed, and he cleaned the area, and removed the old one. When he was finished, Petros asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. I gave him a tour of the house, and showed him a few things that have been bothering me for a long time., which he quickly fixed for me. Later that day, one plumber called me back and was short tempered and rude to me. The others eventually started calling me back, their price quotes were much higher than Floros Plumbing and Heating, not including the small jobs either!. Due to the reasonable price, I was able to replace my water heater with a similar 75 gallon natural gas water heater with a 10 year warranty. I am thankful that I had joined Angie's List. For I have always been fearful of dealing with contractors. Petros Floros made me feel comfortable, and was down to earth. I have asked him for a handful of his business cards, which I plan to pass out to my co-workers and neighbors.

I called Floros to schedule an appointment for replacing my broken water heater. He provided a fixed all-in quote for the job. He was very accommodating in scheduling a time for the work. He would have done it later that evening but that did not work for me so we agreed on early the next morning. He arrived on time and finished the work in about two hours. Petros was very thorough, took away all scraps and packing material and of course the old water heater. He is nice guys and I'll certainly call him again if I have a plumbing issue to deal with. I did call a few other plumbers before and the price seems to hover around the same point. It does seem a little high based on time and materials.

Our hot water heater went on Monday. Spent a week dealing with Lowes as it was under warranty. They wouldn't replace it because it wasn"t leaking. After a frustrating week, Lowe's plumber came out fri and couldn't fix it but didn't notify us that he couldn't. We found out when we came home from work. After a week of cold showers we decided to forget fixing the old one and have the old one replaced. I called at least 6 plumbers. Several were rude on the phone(guess they didn't want to work on the weekend) many charged extra. I then remembered I had joined Angies list. Spent some time reading reviews and saw floros was local and had great reviews. He answered phone right away, was extremely pleasant, quoted me a price over the phone which was less than most other plumbers. He came out at 8:30 that night to look at the water heater, was back at 1000am Sat am. He put new water heater in, and cleaned up the mess and took old water heater with him. He charged what he quoted and did not charge for coming on the weekend. He is extremely pleasant and respectful and he will now be our resident plumber. We've already recommended him to several friends. Thank you Petros.

When I called in the late afternoon, Pedros told me he had two other jobs but would come as soon as he was done. He showed up as promised and replaced the disposal. We had a major flood and the disposal was put back in two weeks ago by another plumber. The other plumber should have told me at that time it needed to be replaced, when Pedros removed the unit it had two cracks in it and the fitting tube's neck was half missing. I'm surprised I didn't have another flood. (also very glad I didn't) it's been seven months of construction. Pedros was very professional he showed me and my husband exactly what was wrong and that he needed to refit the pipe as well. Even though it had been a very long day for him he stayed and completed the job, also gave me his recommendation on another plumbing issue for our building. I would recommend this plumber 100%! Professional and his pricing was very reasonable. Thanks again for coming out.

I called Petros to see when and if he could connect a new gas dryer. I was surprised when he himself answered the phone. I was expecting to be shunted into voicemail and then wait the inevitable day or two before I got return call. I was contemplating having to wait a number of days before I would finally have a working dryer, and I was also unhappily contemplating the growing mountain of laundry that had to be done. So I was pleasantly surprised when he answered my call. He asked where I lived and said he would get back to me, which he did within the hour. He said he could make a detour from another job and stop by to do the install the very same day, which he did. From the moment I called him until the dryer was installed and working, just over two hours had elapsed! I have never had such responsiveness from a plumber. Petros was personable and friendly, efficient and skilled. The next time I need a plumber I will definitely be calling Petros.

I called Monday or Tuesday and he was in my house by Thursday. It took two days to complete the work, which was done thoroughly. He did extra work to properly balance the utility tub on an uneven floor and to clean up the pipes where our washer drained. Nice, friendly guy and pleasant to be around. I had an Angie's List coupon, which lowered the price by about $80.

A company we had scheduled cancelled at the last minute. I called Mr. Floros, and he answered himself. He said he was booked for the whole day, but could come over in the evening after finishing his current workload. He did come in the evening, and finished the requested work quickly and efficiently. He even offered to do any other work as long as he was here. Friendly, professional, and immediate service.

I called Petros first thing Mon am. Had found his listing on Angie's list. He picked up the call immediately and was at my doorstep within the hour. He quickly scoped out the job, made the repairs, cleaned up and was done in less than an hour. I was pleasantly surprised by his responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. Will definitely use his services again.

This man responded immediately . Told him my situation . Made an appointment for Saturday. Called approximately 2 hours later and said he was in the area. Did not charge after hours rate. Very personable and knowledgeable in his field.

Petros asked me to send him a picture of the toilet and inside the tank. He came to fix the problem the next day, had the parts with him and, therefore, was able to repair the problem immediately.

Everything turned out superb and I would use them again.

Mr. Foros was accessible, prompt, straightforward, thorough, and professional. We are seriously considering his advice concerning bathroom improvements, and would gladly hire him for this and other projects big and small in the future.

Our 15-year old shower valve spring a terrible leak. Another plumber took a look and claimed that they'd either replace the valve, which would take a week, or rip open the wall and do even more. I was suspicious so I called Floros. He answered immediately, gave me lots of free advice, and then came over later that day and solved the problem in about two hours. This is some of the best service I've ever received. Please use him and don't waste your time with other plumbers.

It went GREAT. My phone call was answered right away. I explained the problem we were having and he knew the solution right away. He gave me a time he could come the very same day and arrived right when he said he would. While he was here he was very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly and even answered a couple other questions I had. I would definitely use this plumber again and recommend him to all my friends.

We had Floros plumbing come to assist with what seemed to be a major plumbing issue in our apartment building. They were here on time, and assisted with figuring out the problem, without having to do any major invasive work. Petros made the effort to look at all possible scenarios, which led him to find out that a drain was blocked and was causing the back up, as well as a large leak. He was professional, prompt and incredibly helpful. I would use this company again for any plumbing related issues. We had a fantastic experience.

I spoke with Mr. Floros before noon on 6/17/13 regarding replacing parts inside the toilet tank in my main bathroom. While trying to repair a leak myself, I broke the tank ball/floater. I realized that other parts inside the tank were old and corroded as well. Mr. Floros called later in the afternoon of the same day to let me know that he was on his way. I was pleased to learn that he had all of the parts needed to make the necessary repairs/upgrades on his truck. I asked him if he would replace the parts in the tank in my 1/2 bath as well since they were just as old and corroded. Mr. Floros had no problem fixing and upgrading all parts in both tanks. He worked efficiently, skillfully, and cleaned everything as he worked to remove and replace the old parts. He tested all to ensure that everything worked well. He was patient and most knowledgeable as he answered all of my many questions. The cost of the parts and labor was not only fair and affordable but less than I anticipated. Before he left, I asked Mr. Floros about a building project to replace main shut off valves in many of our condo units. Some of the shut off valves are difficult if not impossible to reach and/or turn. He made some suggestions, told me what parts would be needed and gave me an estimate which I will pass on to the board. I plan to call Mr. Flores should I have plumbing problems and needs in the future and will have no problem referring him to others who are looking for a good plumber.

P. Floros was friendly and professional. I felt his pricing was very fair and transparent: a flat hourly rate plus parts. He ended up charging only $30 for parts, clearly not selling me things that weren't needed. He was happy to explain what he was doing, and why. This is something that I really appreciate, as it gives me a chance to learn about how things work. I will absolutely call him in the future when we need more plumbing done.

I called this afternoon and he came within the hour and had the shower fixed within an hour and a half. He had all the parts he needed on his truck. We plan to use him again to fix our disposal and a water leak outside.

Pietros was great! He noticed things immediately that the first plumber I had over did not...... and identified the problem (drain backup) NOT that my pipes were old and needed to be replaced....,. He was extremely responsive.. I will definitely use his again and would recommend him to others.
