He had a job that ran over before mine, so it ended up being later in the day, but it was consistent with what he said in the morning. He had not promised a particular time and he called when he was on his way over. I would much rather wait a little longer and get someone who knows how to diagnose and solve problems. I am very happy with what he accomplished today?

Very professional on the phone and in person. Answered my questions over the phone (prior to the visit), including cost estimate for an expected scenario. Worked quickly and diligently. Offered some pointers on maintenance and willing to answer a some general plumbing questions as I am a new home owner. I am very satisfied with this visit and the quality of workmanship.

Exceptionally well. Petros Floros was very professional and friendly gentleman. He helped me pick the right faucet and installed it in addition to that he also repaired a cracked pipe to prevent future leaks. The cost of this job was very reasonable. I would definietly recommend his service to anyone who needs anything related to plumbing.

The bolts on the bottom of my toilet tank fell off, rather unexpectedly. while I had two guests for the weekend. I cleaned up, drained the tank, and looked on Angie's List. Mr. Floros answered right away, listened to the issue, and said he'd be over that afternoon, right after his next job. True to his word, he showed up, and less than three hours after I called, the job was finished. He happened to see a bolt I had pulled out initially to see if it was the same size sitting there and showed me that it went in the garbage disposal. Fixed that too, looked at another potential issue and told me it shouldn't be a problem. I would call him again in a heartbeat! He lives up to his reputation and was interesting to talk to to boot. Best experience ever on Angie's List.

I called Petros' # I got from Angie's List, and when he did not answer initially I just hung up and called another # I got from Angie's List, where I left a message about what I needed to be fixed. Well, Petros called us back about two hours later and left a message that he saw we had called and offered his services if we needed them. Obviously he got no message from us, but his phone logged our # as a missed call. The other plumber where I HAD left a message never called back, so I called Petros back and explained our situation. Even though it was after 6 PM on a Friday, he offered to come look at our problem, but we both agreed that since it was too late in the day for him to get any supplies he might need to do the job (and the leak was manageable) he would come out Monday morning. He did so, gave us an estimate for the repair, and would have done it then except we had to notify our two upstairs neighbors of what was going on, as well as the possibility that he would need access to their units as well, if the repair warranted it. So he left us to make those arrangements, and told us he would be back on Thursday or Friday to do the job. He returned Thurs morning, and completed the job in 2.5 hrs. Petros is now my plumber on call, and I will recommend him to the other unit owners in our condo.

It's excellent quality and craftsmanship. I liked the upfront honest pricing, attention to quality and timeliness. They were quick to respond and had great communication. I would definitely use them again in the future.

In October 2013 our water heater conked out. We found Petros on Angie's List and he was super helpful on the phone, friendly and made us feel calmer during a stressful situation. (It was a Friday and we were going away for the weekend.) He replaced the heater that evening and our trip was only delayed a little. We could go away with peace of mind. Today I called because we are replacing the fixtures in our bathroom and it looked like we might have to hire a plumber to do some of work. Petros asked some questions and gave us some advice that was super helpful. We were very pleased with the work he did last year, and will call him in the future for any of our plumbing needs Thank you!

Petros is amazing. There was no outward sign of the 2nd floor leak except water stains on the ceiling of the 1st floor. All I knew was that it was somehow related to the 2nd floor shower. He immediately deduced where it was without having to rip apart the shower and quickly repaired it.

The owner called me and we set up a time for him to come. He was very prompt and dug right in to removing the old disposal and replacing the new one. I had already purchased a new one, but he did have one available for purchase, in case I needed it. He was in and out within an hour. He was professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely use him again if I had plumbing issues.

Upon my request, Floros came very early in the morning and installed the garbage disposal. I didn't have all of the parts I needed (missing an electrical cord), so he cut off an extension cord on equipment he had with him and fashioned his own. It was very smooth and painless. Some contractors tend to make a mess (and clean up the mess to varying degrees), but Floros was very clean. I'm extremely satisfied.

Called back right away. Professional and got the job done that afternoon. Nice guy. Cleaned out a drain for me and didn't even charge me.

My husband and I had our sink replaced and when we realized our old drain pipe wasn't going to fit we needed a plumber to come help us install it. I did a quick search on Angie's list and Floros plumbing came up. Mr. Floros said he could be there in a few hours to take a look, no problem. I had to run an errand but my husband stayed home and waited...by the time I came home (a few hours later) Mr. Floros had already come and gone! Everything was done very quickly, very tidy and we are very pleased with the job. I was really expecting an outrageous bill for a last minute plumber but was pleasantly surprised. Very grateful for the quick help - now we can use our beautiful new sink! We will likely be using Floros for future plumbing jobs.

Redid plumbing in the kitchen and it went ok. Faucet in the bathroom was dripping a little when I got home but called Floros and he returned to fix it. Turned out ok.

Petros was super quick to respond to my call. He was going into town when I called and came over the same afternoon. He searched for a part that was difficult to find and put a lot of work into finding this piece so that he could fix this problem for me as soon as possible. He was professional, friendly and responsive. It was expensive for fixing a small thing like a hose to the faucet, but everything else makes up for it.

Same day service on saturday of a three day weekend. He came when he said he woud and we got a higher quality heater than we expected for the price. And to top it off he was great to my kids. Very pleased overall. We'll be caliing him again the next time we need a plumber.

He has done a number of projects for me and every service has been top notch. He is always punctual. His pricing is excellent. He is very polite. I highly recommend him.

I called the provider and he was able to come to my home that same day. He even had the courtesy of calling me to tell me when he was running a little late. Once he arrived, he took the time to thoroughly address the various plumbing issues and answer all my questions. We even discussed what to look for in a new water filtration system, which I plan on having him install in the very near future. I was very happy with his professionalism and handy work. He will now be the first person we contact for all our plumbing needs.

After contacting a plumber based on a friend's recommendation and being appalled by the lack of professionalism, my husband and I turned to Angie's List. Floros came very highly rated (based on well over 100 reviews!) and he was local to our area. My husband contacted him on a Sunday morning and he was at our home within two hours. The entire job was completed in a couple hours and we were not charged an "emergency" or "weekend" rate. As Petros worked, he explained what he was doing and how we could prevent future plumbing issues of the same nature. My husband observed that he was meticulous and highly skilled, as well as being pleasant and professional. We would not hesitate to use his services again in the future, if needed.

First of all, its worth emphasizing that this was a same day start to finish job on a saturday no less. Thats difficult to find. I called Petros in the afternoon, after our pilot lit would not stay lit. He came out a few hours later, stayed in touch with me letting me know when he would come by and did the job in a timely fashion. Very professional, explained what the issue was, very friendly and easy to deal with. Again, all this on the same day within a 4 hour time span. Great service, will use again.

It went well. It took quite a while before they came, we had trouble scheduling it. He took the big deal off for whatever the total cost was but there was a lot of things I needed done. The only issue I had was that it took forever for him to schedule because he was busy but he worked well when he finally manage to set a date. It was in the basement and he did clean up after himself.

I was a little frantic because it was late at night, but he answered the phone personally - and we set up an appointment the next morning. He arrived right on time, unclogged it right away, and also saw why it kept getting clogged and replaced a damaged part. that had been preventing a properly powerful flush. He listened carefully to my explanation of the problem, explained things simply and clearly and made useful additional suggestions, all in a professional yet gentle manner. His price was less than I expected.

Petros has been my plumber for over twenty five years. I own multiple properties and he has always been there at all hours of the day and night for small jobs and large. Each time he has performed whatever needed to be done professionally, effectively, efficiently and with a sense of humor. He knows his stuff that's for sure. There has never been an issue that he could not handle and always does it as soon as he possibly can no matter what the time of day. He is top rated on Angie's List for a reason. His work is top notch and I highly recommend him for all plumbing issues.
