Description of Work: We were having a problem with low flow in our kitchen faucet. It is pull out spray type and I had frequently unscrewed the strainer to clear out sediment. But who knew that sediment also collected where the hose meets the faucet head? I called Floros, said on my vim message that it was NOT an emergency and received return call within 5 minutes. When I described our problem, Mr. Floros suggested I unscrew the hose and sure enough, there were large pie Ed of sediment lodged against the mesh. Per his instructions, I cleaned everything out , reattached the faucet head and low and behold, we ha weather pressure. Fabulous service at no charge. Who ever heard of such a thing! I will be sure to call Floros for future plumbing needs and so should you!

Description of Work: I had a really bad leak and called 5-6 plumbers and no one had called me back, so I've decided to try and call Petros which he responded through his email very quickly! He said that he would call me in the morning which he did and I thank him for being the only plumber that had responded to me. He cam in and fix my leak and price for the repair is awesome! I highly recommend him to everyone who is seeking for a fast and friendly service that will be satisfying 100%! Thank you Petros!

Description of Work: Cleaned slow drain, fixed broken toilets, replaced disposal.

Description of Work: bathroom sink had a leak, Was contacted in the afternoon and he came by shortly.Sized up the situation and replaced the sink vanity and faucett the next morning and took care of a leak in the gas connection to the cooktop. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Was wonderful to work with and has a great work ethic. Petros ran a gas line to our kitchen for a new gas stove and installed it. The day of my appointment, the technician who was supposed to do the work had a sick child so Petros stepped in to make sure my appointment was kept. On top of that, on the way over his vehicle had some very unexpected issues and needed immediate repair. Still, Petros managed all of that and showed up to do the job and couldn't have been nicer or more thorough with the job. Love my new gas stove and will definitely use Petros again.

Description of Work: I had an old toilet removed and installation of new one. I called Floros in the AM and had a new super toilet by 7:00 pm. I had looked up toilets in Consumer Reports and Floros agreed with the one I wanted. Very pleased - I have known him for a few yrs and he has alway given me great service - especially with hot water heaters - he has replaced 2 for me - one time on a holiday as he was getting ready to go on vacation.

Description of Work: The On/Off water valve for my washing machine was impossible to turn fully Off. I was concerned that the rubber pipes might burst from the pressure. Mr. Floros came on time the day after I made the call. Over the phone he asked a few questions in order to buy the parts. Not only did he finish quickly, but he explained so much about water-related fixtures, e.g., water heaters. Since he completed the work so efficiently, he then asked me if there were any other plumbing matters I wanted him to examine. He explained what was going on with a faucet that drips as well as diagnosing a problem we've had with a second floor bathtub with tile surround that has caused water damage to the ceiling below. All in all, I'm confident we will use Mr. Floros in the future.

Description of Work: I had a backed-up kitchen sink and he came and fixed it. He was so nice and friendly and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use him agan!! 100% satisified :)
