Nick was friendly and professional throught the job. Nick was very engaging and showed a true passion for kitchen desgning. Nick worked with us in coming up with different design options and fully discussed the pros and cons of each. Nick was very patient and his usual affable-self with us as we asked numerous questions and of course changes our minds several times. We leveraged Nick's experience in designing kitchens over the years and used many of his ideas/suggestions.  Nick worked closely with the general contractor in ensuring the measurements and design were being done according to plan. Nick coordinated ordering the cabinets, hardware and granite, all of which was delivered on time. Nick and his assistant helped in choosing the paint colors for the kitchen walls which ended up coordinating beautifully with the cabinets.  We believe Nick's price was very reasonable. Nick was responsive and easy to contact throughout the project. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Nick and highly recommend him.

Nick was a consumate professional through the entire process. He has wonderful people skills and his number one priority is to make the customer happy. He came out to review the project when he said he would, and provided all the plans to us in a timely manner. They also ended up doing bathroom plans for us as well. Nick is very knowledgeable on many different types of kitchen layouts and he was able to make suggestions that we were able to incorporate into our plan. We met at the showroom where they were able to help us pick out the kitchen we wanted. Sara also met us at the tile store to help pick out tile that would match all our rooms. This project was very difficult from a personal prospective as well as challenging logistically. Nick understood some other issues we were having with the GC and he tried to mediate the situation to make us happy. During all the drama of the project, Nick and Sara remained patient and caring and always wanted us to be happy with the final outcome. They went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. They always returned calls and emails back immediately. I would refer them to anyone looking for kitchen and/or bath design.

Overall it was a great experience. Nick came to the house, listened to what we wanted and came up with a perfect design. He worked with us to pick out the cabinets and counter top. We had never done anything like this and his knowledge helped us make the right choices. We are very happy with the design and the way it came out.

We decided to redo our kitchen when we moved into our new home in August 2011.  The kitchen was severely outdated and dysfunctional.  We attempted working with a bunch of different contractors to design the kitchen but were very unhappy with their professionalism and lack of knowledge.  At this point we decided to look a few different kitchen design places and hoped they hoped they could recommend a contractor.  In walks Nick, Sarah and Mike Goodwin the contractor.  We stumbled upon Bravo Kitchens while exploring our new town of Melrose and was immediately impressed.  Nick came to our home and took a bunch of different measurements.  We met him later that week to look at a few different designs.  (Nick even stayed very late at work to meet us since we have hectic work schedules).  He had some fabulous designs for us and worked with us to find the perfect fit.  We chose to work with their contractor, Mike Goodwin, and highly recommend him (we are using him again for a construction project this summer).  Nick and Sarah at Bravo were so responsive and so knowledgeable.  They were great at updating us throughout the process and always stopped in to see how the project was going.  The cabinetry is gorgeous and very high quality.  Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and sets the tone of our entire home.  The Bravo showroom is also a great resource for homeowners renovating their kitchen--they have great examples and samples of everything!  We are excited to work with Nick and Sarah in the future when we decide to renovate our bathroom--we had such a positive experience with them and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

We were referred to Nick Bassila at Bravo Kitchen by the general contractor that we used for our kitchen remodel. Nick came to the house to take measurements, made a layout consistent with our initial ideas and later suggested an alternate layout which evolved into the final design. There were quite a few iterations before we decided on the final design and cabinet style. We probably visited the shop more than a dozen times to work through the details with Nick and Sarah. Sarah helped us select granite for the countertops, which we ordered though Bravo. They visited the work site several times after the cabinets were delivered and during cabinet and countertop installation to make sure everything went smoothly. We were very pleased with the experience and with the final product.

Nick Bassila and his staff at Bravo Kitchen have been a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I arrived at Bravo with a partial kitchen design and a pretty good idea of the cabinets I wanted but very disappointed with the previous kitchen place where I had started the process, but that is another story. Nick took the partial design and refined it in ways that I only fully appreciated after I began to use my kitchen. He has an extremely good sense of aesthetics and function where I tend to be more skilled at the former than the latter. For example, now that I am in my kitchen, I totally appreciate that I can empty my dishwasher into the pull out drawer with dividers without taking a single step or even straightening up. Everything is just where I want it and I give Bravo credit. Nick is a stickler for detail and measured and remeasured and got it right. His installer is the best. On such a large project as this turned out to be, keeping my costs down on each part was critical. The price at Bravo Kitchen was significantly less than my other quotes for the same product. I used Adelphi Cabinets which are amazing. I tend to be a little cutting edge in some of my choices of product and chose a Calacatta marble for the counter surfaces and a Canadian glass manufacturer for my bar height counter. Nick facilitated the purchase of both and even worked out the radius for a eat in kitchen table by cutting out a piece of cardboard he found in his back room even though I was buying it from a company that was not one of his vendors. He insisted on extending a panel for the front of my window seat which tied the whole thing together. Bravo Kitchens are professional, skilled and offer quality for a more affordable price than some of their competitors.

Pretty good. Nick showed us the cabinet lines he carried with the various styles and colors. We decided what we wanted and Nick came to our condo to do detailed measurements. He was a stickler for balance so he really argued against some of the cabinets we wanted in the places we wanted. He always had a firm reason for doing it his way but we wish we had perservered in some of our wants. It turned out the color we wanted only came in painted surfaces and we wanted wood grain to show through. Nick told us we could get the cabinets unpainted and stain them on our own which we did. The counter was more of a problem. We saw a granite sample in Nick's store which we really liked. He had an island in the same stone. He gave us the name of a supplier. It turns out we personally had to go to 7 or 8 suppliers before we found the granite in the correct color. We did most of this on our own. We found the slab, ordered it, followed it to the fabricator and expedited its installation. Our biggest problem was the counter installation. The installer showed up at 5pm and worked past 9pm much to the consternation of our neighbors. Drilling faucet holes at 9pm was very noisy. In the end we love our new kitchen but still wish we had been more firm in cabinet selection
