My project was easy compared to the various fancy cars he was working on in his shop (which looked amazing, by the way). He managed to squeeze my little job in and I am very satisfied. Would definitely use again.

Joe is amazing. He was responsive, kind, available, reasonably priced and a pure professional. He is very experienced, and I would give him my highest recommendation!

I recently purchased material to reupholster an overstuffed rocking chair seat, and 6 dining room chair seats as a DIY job. I started to cover the overstuffed seat but when I got to the corners, found the material to be somewhat stiff and difficult for me to work with. I decided to see if I could have the overstuffed seat and dining room chairs reupholstered professionally, as I didn't feel that I could to a proper job with the material I purchased. I looked on Angie's List and based upon his prior reviews, I called Joe (ABC Upholstery) on Friday (7/18) and I'm glad I did. We made an appointment for Monday so he could look at my dilemma. He arrived at my home promptly at 10:15 AM. -- He took the overstuffed seat with him, and said it would be ready for me to pick up on Wednesday. In the meanwhile, Joe ordered 1/2and quot; high density foam for the DR chairs. He called me on Wednesday, said my overstuffed cushion is ready to be picked up, the HD foam had arrived, so I could bring in the DR chair seats to be recovered, and that they would be ready for me the next day, Thursday (7/24). I must say without a doubt, I was absolutely impressed with Joe's efficiency and workmanship. The cushion and DR chair seats came out absolutely beautiful, and I could not have been more pleased. He did a perfect job and everything was completed within 4 workdays. What more can you ask for? -- Joe is a one person company. He does all the reupholstering work himself and enjoys his profession. And, speaking of profession, he is a true professional. I would definitely return to ABC Upholstery, and highly recommend him. And I should also mention that the charge for my job was extremely reasonable. - Joe specializes in car, boat and motorcycle reupholstering, but he also does smaller jobs such as mine. Thank you, Joe. I am a very happy customer.

Brought judo uniforms to a tailor. They advised material was too thick for their sewing machine. Suggested perhaps ABC could do it. I was a little hesitant about letting an upholstery firm take care of it, but I'm glad I did. The owner actually dropped everything he was doing, examined the uniforms and said he could do it. Quoted $10.00 for everything (which is unbelievably cheap). He even advised if I had a few minutes, he could sew them while I waited. It was great that he took so much time to line the patches up. He even suggested moving the alignment of a patch to accommodate a future patch my son might be getting. The job was done perfectly. A tailor could not have done it better. To top it all off, when he was done he advised no charge. Incredible!! Given all the time and attention he took to do this small job, I can only imagine the attention he would give to a large upholstery project.

He was on time, very professional, he was very fast and proficient. I would definately recommend him and use him again.
