Rain by Design was great - throughout every step of the process! from the initial meeting to go over a quote to coming back after the system was installed to be sure we were happy. All the workers were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company - without hesitation - to anyone looking to install an irrigation system.

Chris returned my call almost immediately and came out soon to evaluate the property. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The estimate seemed reasonable so we agreed to the work. He and his team were out the following week to do the job. They finished quickly and with remarkably little damage to the lawn. I fully expected the property to be completely torn up but when they were finished you could barely tell they had been there. The whole process was so easy for us- if only it could always be that way! Overall, we were very happy with the service and will use them to maintain the system and add any additional sprinklers to other areas of the lawn if it becomes necessary.

If we have any problems they come right out. They were out within two days and fix it right away. They did a wonderful job. We have a rain sensor so that it will not work while it is raining. They let us know when they are coming in the spring and fall so that we don't have to keep track of it. They are professional and nice. They make conversation and treat you like a person.
