We hired MS Innovation to: 1) remove a textured ceiling that had suffered recent water damage; and 2) install a new ceiling (board and plaster) leaving the beams above exposed Wilmer responded to me within hours and was out to my house within a day. He got me a detailed, free quote within 24h and was able to schedule my project within days of signing the contract. From start to finish, the entire project took only 3 days! We have done a LOT of work on our house and Wilmer/MS Innovation were the fastest and most thorough group we've worked with. He was very easy to communicate with over email or phone. When we had an unexpected issue come up (ceiling fan needed to be remounted because of the exposed beams), rather than delaying things, he brought in an electrician and the problem was solved within a day. His team handled demo very well - they put plastic everywhere and sealed off the room - and cleaned up at the end of every evening. We were in the house during the whole process and they were very mindful of us and our pets during the whole process. Ceiling removal/plaster installation is messy and they kept things very clean which we REALLY appreciated Of the 3 quotes we received, his was very fair. Value for price given the incredible work quality and experience was VERY high. We would absolutely be thrilled to work with MS Innovation again and have given Wilmer's contact information to two friends looking for work on their homes as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am a property manager. I have had Wilmer repair roof leaks, install gutters and replace complete roofs for my clients. We have always had a good experience with him and his team.

This team was the only one to submit a detailed project estimate and did so promptly. Their bid was lower by ten k vs the next lowest. Their work was completed in five days and they did a terrific job. They were courteous and spent a lot of time cleaning up nails and other inevitable debris from the old roof. And when they realized that they had bent some of the gutters with ladders they fixed that promptly and for free. Outstanding work. Would highly recommend.

MS innovation construction were great! That came out promptly and gave us the best price around. Their crew did an amazing job! We removed our old skylights and patched the roof and also dry walled our bedroom ceiling were the skylights used to be. They also repaired the holes in our siding. You can not tell there were ever any skylights! No leaks, cracks,, or seams showing!!! The house looks better after the siding repair as well!
