Kevin was excellent. During the initial inspection he showed me some areas where mice could get in and told me how to resolve. They were on time and sprayed for ants and put down a few mice traps for no extra charge

After hearing a noise in our kitchen and trying to investigate ourselves, we found a bee nest under in our home between the roof and wood trim. We called Graves and left a message. Within the hour, one of the owners called me back and they came very quickly to check out for us. It turned out that the noise was in fact mice so Brian took care of it with poison under our sink and basement. He then sprayed for the yellow jackets nest in the roof. He was very informative about what he was using, doing and things to look for once it's done. He then told me that I wasn't being charged because I previously had a contract with them (about 3 years ago) that had a remaining service visit, so it applied to his visit today. I can't say enough about the quality of their services and then to see how honest they were with the billing. I truly appreciate the honest business!

When we bought our home in 2012, we hired Graves Pest Control to do a pest inspection. When we asked Kevin about the services he provides, he informed us that we could pay for a year of service and he would come out routinely to manage our mice situation and treat for other pests as well as needed. He has been absolutely amazing to work with, very relaible, and we recommend him to everyone who has any pest related issues.

Everything was absolutely great! Kevin was accomodative to our schedule. He was on time, polite, courteous, and overall easy to work with. He meticulously examined the house from top to bottom for pest problems, and then took the time to explain all the issues we had and he walked us through our options. He was also very considerate of our cat, which was a concern that he handled excellently considering the chemicals involved with pest services. After removing a couple of mice from our bulk-head, he set up traps throughout our house to take care of any future pests. I would definitely recommend Graves Pest Control to anyone experiencing bugs or pest problems or for anyone just looking to get an inspection of their property. Well worth it for the peace of mind.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Kevin Graves arrived on time and was very courteous. He offered a clear, honest assessment of the currest status of our house with respect to pest and was very professional in his work.

Brian was easy to communicate with over e-mail, and very responsive. He was especially good about safety for my 2 cats. When one of the infestations remained active after 2 weeks (due to the size of the nest) he came back on short notice to consult with my carpenter. He was highly professional and empathetic throughout.
