We shared a common value of being involved with our clients, and dedicated to the best outcome for them. That doesn't happen in a vacuum, This was a complicated transaction involving simultaneous purchase and rehab financing, and Gary helped make this a seamless display of teamwork, and astonishingly easy for the couple buying their first home that needed work. I look forward to working with Gary more in the future.

+ -1 moreWe were absolutely thrilled with what Gary did for us. He was on top of things from day 1 through the closing. He offered great advice and shared his knowledge throughout the process. Gary quickly responded to phone calls and emails. He called us often with updates regarding the process. He was in constant contact with our lawyer and that of the buyers. When anyone representing the buyer, or the town, went to the house, Gary was there. Gary's energy and enthusiasm for his job is remarkable. We highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Gary served as our realtor for the sale of our home. He provided a complimentary market analysis prior to us hiring him for the job. He then advised us on preparing our house for showing, he ran an open house (only one was necessary as the eventual buyer made an offer at this first one), he guided us through the negotiations process, was on hand for all inspections, and stayed on top of things right through the closing.
