There is a wide range of capabilities displayed by most realtors. Gary was at the top of that range, and a pleasure to work with. We shared a common value of being involved with our clients, and dedicated to the best outcome for them. That doesn't happen in a vacuum, This was a complicated transaction involving simultaneous purchase and rehab financing, and Gary helped make this a seamless display of teamwork, and astonishingly easy for the couple buying their first home that needed work.

We were absolutely thrilled with what Gary did for us. He was on top of things from day 1 through the closing. He offered great advice and shared his knowledge throughout the process. Gary quickly responded to phone calls and emails. He called us often with updates regarding the process. He was in constant contact with our lawyer and that of the buyers. When anyone representing the buyer, or the town, went to the house, Gary was there.

Gary's energy and enthusiasm for his job is remarkable. We highly recommend him.
