 + -1 moreOur heat stopped functioning the the dead of winter, but it was Burroughs to the rescue. They went above and beyond to ensure we were up and running as soon as possible. The parts were not easy to find (they may have even stopped production for one piece), but they got it done. Professional, hard working, taking pride in the work product, and communicative. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreScott Burroughs has not stood behind the high level product he sold me. He has not responded to my calls to replace the leaking tank. i have water in my basement and fear the whole system will fail. I am now looking for someone to replace the tank. Burroughs Plumbing has not stood by their product.
Description of Work: Scott Burroughs was requested to return to my home for a leaking hot water tank he had installed 5 years ago that had a lifetime guarantee. After several calls, he showed up and said the tank was leaking and that he would arrange for the replacement tank and install it. Since then, he has not called, showed up, or answered several follow up messages, including my request that he tell me to give the courtesy that he would not do the job. Mr. Burroughs has done several other jobs for us which were major jobs in our home. Most of the work has been very good. Several times he had to return to fix problems and did not answer our repeated calls in a timely manner for help to correct problems with the system he installed.

 + -1 moreI called in the morning, and they were at my house that afternoon. After looking at what they had to accomplish, they provided a firm price and proceeded to perform the work. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly. They completed the work in about 90 minutes, and everything is working nicely.
Description of Work: They replaced my front and rear silcocks (where you attach your garden hose) with 2 outside faucets I supplied. They also replaced each shut-off valve in the basement. They re-piped the lines a bit and properly secured them.
