WALLPAPERING & PAINTING BY BOB SCAPICCHIO

He gave an estimate including the cost of the paint and wrote down the figure on a business card. When he and 2 helpers came to strip the old wallpaper, they found that the walls in the smaller bedroom were in poor shape and needed more work to prime them to hold the new wallpaper. Bob said he would have to charge me for the extra solution needed to prime the walls ($25), but wouldn't charge me for the additional labor. He kept to his word even though I asked if it was fair to him. They worked each day being careful of us and of our cats who remain indoors. They were very nice, polite and friendly, not at all noisy. They did their work efficiently and without taking lunch break (they arrived at 7:45 and left at 2:00-2:30). Bob did the extra work to prime the difficult walls and even put extra glue so the wallpaper would hold. He also spackled may spots that needed some work.
