+ -1 moreHe was so helpful. Even though he was out of town for the holiday, he offered to make calls on my behalf to try and line someone up. It was a hectic day for all plumbers when most people were just returning calls anymore. I appreciated that he picked up and went above/beyond even when he could t get to it.
Description of Work: We have a plumbing emergency - pipe burst on New Years Eve.

Description of Work: We only needed a small amount of work done to fix the incoming gas pipe to our gas dryer (it was corroded). Tony fixed it easily and was very professional.

+ -1 moreTony did the job on time and on budget, cleaned up, and didn't charge me to fix things when some sort of glitch occurred 8 months later. Answered questions patiently, and has always responded quickly whenever I called. I remain his loyal fan!
Description of Work: Over the years Tony has fixed everything from leaky toilets to more serious things like the boiler in an old steam heating system. As part of a major remodeling by Charlie Allen Restorations, he replaced my old steam heating system with a new boiler, retrofitted the existing steam radiators with hot water ones, installed thermostats in every room and a programable one in the bedroom. The new system also provides hot water and is much more efficient and quiet than the old one.
