We had several planning meetings and then met to review final spec followed by a sit down to review the proposal and make sure all of our questions were answered. The crew paid attention to details and were mindful of our needs while construction was taking place. The finished product looks superb and we have received many compliments on the house. Work was performed in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Removed old siding, installed new insulation and siding, designed and constructed new front porch.

+ -1 moreVery pleased with the entire process. The roof was removed and installed in less than one day. Did excellent job protecting the shrubs and garden. Paid attention to details. The only surprise was how messy the attic was after the old shingles were removed. Be sure to remove EVERYTHING in the attic.
Description of Work: New roof including 8: metal drip edge installed at eaves and at rake edges. New lead step flashing around chimney base, New plumbing vent flashing. Shingle valleys installed. 6' Ice and Water shield installed at all eaves to protect from ice dams 3' Ice and Water shield installed in all valleys, around penetrations, and chimneys to protect critical areas GAF Ridge Vent system installed Shingles: GAF Timerline series Remove old attic windows and Installed 4 new Harvey attic windows
