Mario seems to have done a great job on our Victorian house in West Medford. He and his crew were hard-working and efficient. Quite a bit of repair was needed for old shingles/clapboards and rotted trim, and more problems appeared as he got farther into the work, and we also added more, such as some new storm windows, so the final cost ended up being about $10,000 more than the original estimate. But Marcio made sure we knew what each piece of additional work would cost before he started it, and he did even more things that he didn't add into the cost. We especially appreciated the fact that he was willing to take on the carpentry that was needed and other tasks so that we could have them all handled at once. The house looks great, our neighbors are very pleased, and Marcio promises to come back if there are any problems or anything doesn't hold up well. He was very helpful to us, and we would definitely recommend him to others.

They replaced rotten shingles, repaired trim and did a great job prepping the house before painting it. The house looks fantastic. I get comments from neighbors every day.
